Meditation Timer OnlineJeannette is a mindfulness meditation teacher, creative writing teacher, and mom practicing in the midst of daily life. She fell in love with mindfulness twenty years ago and has deepened a solid and steady love of practice and study over the last ten years. As a teacher, Jeannette makes room for things to unfold—to not know—to be engaged—to be curious. She is committed to social justice and brings that lens to her practice. Jeannette learns as a student from her teachers and other participants in weekly and monthly mindfulness groups and silent meditation retreats because their wisdom and support benefit her practice. She is certified through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and the Cloud Sangha Mindfulness Mentor Training program. While Jeannette has learned to offer meditation in her own way, she credits all of the teachers who come before her and generously share their wisdom. They inform her practice, learning, and offerings.
