Begin in a comfortable seated position.
Feel rooted,
Safe and comfortable through your seat.
This meditation is focused on anxiety.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Slow your breath down.
Inhale and exhale.
Imagine you are breathing in calmness,
Peace and strength.
As you exhale,
Imagine you are breathing out all your anxiety,
Stress and worry.
There is nothing for you to worry about right now in this present moment.
All there is to do is to breathe.
Feel your anxiety slip away with each exhale.
You are strong and you can handle anything that life throws at you.
Begin to feel feelings of peace and relaxation for your body.
Breathing in and taking a long exhale out.
This is your time.
This is your time out.
Deep breath in,
Exhale out.
Feel your heart beating in your chest.
Feel the heartbeat.
Try not to judge your wondering mind.
Remember it is completely normal.
Just breathe.
Slowly come back to your breath.
Know that no matter what happens,
It will all work out the way it is meant to be.
Every breath is a gift.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Whenever you are ready to open your eyes,
Remember to always find a reason to smile even when it is tough.
Smiling doesn't always mean you are happy.
It means you are strong and you are.
Now smile.
