Let's start by sitting in a comfortable position,
Hands on your knees,
Palms placed down to ground yourself and now close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth and again deep breath in and exhale out and again.
The unknown of what's to come,
Especially when we're going through a big transformation in life can be extremely overwhelming and fearful.
Whether it be an end of a relationship,
A career change,
A move to another home or town,
Our minds can run ahead of us at full speed and imagine every little detail of what could go wrong,
How we aren't going to cope,
How we might end up desolate with no support,
How we might fail.
Take a deep breath my friend,
Inhale and exhale but what if it all goes right,
What if it all works out,
What if every single thing you fear happening doesn't actually happen,
What if you deserve to be happy and the step you are taking,
As difficult as it is,
Is actually the step that gets you to where you have always wanted and dreamed you would be.
Our minds create fear and fearful thoughts thinking it's keeping us safe but what if we feel the fear and we push through anyway.
Sometimes it's not always possible to know the entire path but navigating change with resilience and courage means creating certainty where you can and focusing on what you can influence.
Now let's welcome an affirmation for the day.
I trust in my ability to navigate uncertainty.
Change is an opportunity for growth and I welcome it.
I trust in my ability to navigate uncertainty.
Change is an opportunity for growth and I welcome it.
Change is an inevitable part of life,
Often met with hesitation and uncertainty.
Yet within these moments of transformation we find opportunities for growth and rediscovery.
Trying new things whether it be by choice or whether life has just thrusted upon you can lead to remarkable experiences that shapes our lives in ways we could never have imagined.
So today be bold,
Keep your head held high and step into this day with courage.
You've got this.
I promise you,
You've got this.
