Manifest Meditation | Surrender

You welcome find your way into a comfortable sitting position and just rest your hands at your knees close your eyes and settle into your space relax the shoulders down and away from your ears let any physical tension drain from your body and begin withdrawing from the external world and coming more into your internal space let your thoughts go let your day go let yourself truly settle here melting into the moment feel your next breath and follow it noticing each inhale and each exhale filling your lungs all the way up on the inhale and emptying your lungs completely on the exhale and as you connect to your breath feel how your mind begins to calm naturally feel your mind beginning to relax this manifestation process starts out full of action very young like we set a powerful intention and we believe in it and we act on it we generate emotion about it and then comes the phase for releasing it or what I like to call the inside of this process we're asked to trust and to open up to receive what we've asked for this is where it often becomes more difficult the switch from the young phase to the yin phase because in the young phase there's a sense of control it's all in our hands to choose to visualize to decide but when it comes to this yin phase it feels completely the opposite like we have no control and it's out of our hands you're suddenly asked to fully trust that there's a power outside and it's going to bring you what you've been asking for in exactly the right way and in exactly the right time it's a time to be patient and allow the seeds you've planted to grow you're asked not to worry not to fret not to fear but to surrender if you had literally planted seeds in a pot you would have the common sense to just be patient to water it from time to time remove any weeds coming up so that your plant has a room to grow wouldn't worry if it was going to grow or not you would not dig the seed up a few days later to check to see if it was sprouting you would just nurture it be patient but when it comes to our desires and our fear that gets in the way that we will not get exactly what we asked for it makes it so hard to let go and it's this attachment to the outcome that makes surrender seem nearly impossible surrendering when manifesting means that instead of fighting and struggling to reach your goal you're gonna hand it over to the universe to guide you in the steps you need to take that are for your highest purpose you are conceding to a much more powerful force be it God the universe spirit and when you consider the times in your life when you have not surrendered what is the leading emotions there more fear more distrust more doubt when we struggle with how will it happen and I'm gonna make this happen ideas the more negative emotions we generate and our visualizations and manifestations can stall and sputter out altogether so by surrendering we're able to change the energy around our manifestations releasing our visualizations to the universe trusting the best outcome will happen and not forcing let the universe know that you are ready to surrender and allow things to happen as it is best for you take a deep breath in and release the universe is a loving place this is the opposite of what our ego often tells us our ego is a small fearful place that is attached to outcomes and just can't see the bigger picture the ego thinks it's all alone and has to battle its way through life operating from fear and scarcity deep breath in full breath out by contrast our true self is connected to a divine matrix a source God universe or whatever word you relate to it knows how to be present and in that presence natural intelligence can run through us look at how an embryo develops and grows on its own how a seed sprouts and grows on its own how a tiny acorn can turn into a huge tree this is natural intelligence this is the law of least resistance grass doesn't fight to grow it just grows and water doesn't fight to flow it just flows and you can do the same breathe in breathe out I want you to imagine walking in to the entrance of what looks like a very dark cave you have a torch in hand and as you enter the cave the torch lights up the walls and as you walk through the cave you notice there's pictures on the walls and these are pictures of you forcing controlling pushing things to happen stressing and manipulating aspects of your life and I want you to take a moment and review these pictures where this has happened in the past and where perhaps it's happening currently now take your torch and burn them down see these pictures turning into ashes watch each of these pictures completely burn and then continue to walk through the tunnel and as you continue on you see more pictures these are all of the outcomes that you are attached to there may be a sense of clinging fear discontent worry doubt look at these pictures of these outcomes that you are attached to and one by one burn them you and as these pictures are burnt know that you're not burning your intentions and your desires but you're burning your attachments to how they have to show up in your life opening to surrender knowing that the picture you have in your mind may be far less brilliant than the picture the universe has in mind for you it's this or something better now continue walking through the tunnel you see more pictures these are relationships where you are struggling look at the images images of areas where you haven't forgiven yourself or others areas where you're judging or feeling judged or criticizing areas where there's power struggles and challenges and negativity feel the energy of these images and the negativity that they hold and in burning these images we dissolve all misunderstandings we dissolve the negative energy in these relationships we burn them to cinders we clear the air take your time and burn each of these images one by one and as you complete this process will continue to the end of this cave tunnel where we find a room and the room is full of stagnant old toxic emotions unloving thoughts negative energy it feels heavy and dark and gloomy this room is full of the energy that has been created by our ego mind our ego minds fear there is a door on the opposite side of this room as you move through the muck of this room the debris of this room you open the door on the opposite side but before you exit you take your torch and you throw it into this room of negative energy and before you walk out you glance over your shoulder to watch this room become consumed with flames burning away old karmas created from your ego mind burning away that negative stagnant energy and then you turn and you close the door walking out outside this cave is a beautiful place this could be a place that you've been before that you connect to or maybe you create someplace new in your mind's eye I want you to sit in this space close your eyes and breathe fresh air sunlight peaceful sounds surrounding you repeat after me divine intelligence runs through me always and in stillness the answers come there is no struggle I allow myself to slow down there is no need to hurry I move at the steady pace of the universe it is safe to let go and trust the universe loves me and will always care for me all is well when I surrender breathing let this truth fill your heart and allow a state of inner peace to emerge feel safe and supported you allow this feeling that you've generated total surrender and trust in the universe to follow you wherever you're taking your seat in this meditation and into your day anytime that you notice fear or ego rear its ugly head I want you to go back into that cave and burn it and then return to this peaceful place in your mind's eye and affirm that your life flows with divine synchronicity grace and ease bring your palms together in front of your heart I trust the universe and I allow it to lead the way namaste

Fenomenal

Lovely meditation. It would have been nice for the part after the cave to be longer as I really felt a sense of hopefull, open and bright energy there after the dark cave. To be able to bask in that space and dedicate more time to this open and receptive place would have been lovely.
