Welcome to your healing root chakra meditation.
I want you to start this meditation by getting comfortable.
You can sit down or lie down,
Whatever feels right for you right now.
Just make sure even if you're lying down,
Your feet are flat on the surface that you're lying on.
This is going to help you to stay more grounded during this meditation.
I want you to also put your hands on your lap with your palms facing up.
This is going to help you to open yourself up to whatever it is that needs to come through for you right now.
You can close your eyes and we're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out.
In and out.
In and out.
One more big breath in and out.
Okay,
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on healing and balancing the root chakra.
The chakra holds the power of safety and protection.
If you've had trouble feeling safe and protected,
Then this meditation is for you.
It can truly help to relieve any anxiety and become more calm.
Okay,
Let's start by imagining an opening right at the top of your head on your crown chakra.
Then a beam of white light starting right above that opening and slowly flowing in.
This beam of white light has an incredibly relaxing,
Calming,
Balancing energy.
Now let's start to see that light run through our bodies,
Filling it with that relaxing,
Calming,
Balancing energy.
It's first going to go through your face and fill up that whole area.
Then down through your neck,
Then into your chest and arms,
And down through your stomach,
And then down both of your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
This energy is now filling your entire body.
I want you to just sit in that balancing,
Relaxing,
Calming energy and just feel it in your body.
Now we're going to specifically work on the root chakra,
Which is right at the base of your spine around your hip area.
I want you to imagine a pure red light sitting right outside of your hip area.
This light,
Like the white light earlier,
Is also very balancing,
Relaxing,
And calm.
However,
This light is meant to specifically help balance your root chakra.
Okay,
Now imagine an opening starting right at the hip area and the base of your spine,
And let that red light flow in through that opening.
And now imagine that red light filling up your whole root chakra,
That whole hip area and the area right at the base of your spine.
We're going to now take a few breaths in and out.
On the breath in,
I want you to see more of this balancing red light go into your root chakra.
And on the breath out,
Imagine that any negative stuck energy is being pushed out of your root chakra.
So take a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And in and out.
And in and out.
And one more deep breath in and out.
Now let's just imagine that that red light is just swirling around our root chakra,
And it's continuing to push whatever we don't need anymore out.
And with this balancing red light,
You're bringing power into the chakra and letting go of anything that's holding you back from feeling safe and protected.
You can think about any ways that you may have had trouble feeling safe or protected recently and just let that go.
You're now harnessing the power to feel safe and protected when you need it.
I want you to repeat this mantra with me in your head.
I am always safe and protected.
I am always safe and protected.
I am always safe and protected.
I am always safe and protected.
Now I want you to just sit for a moment and keep picturing that red light filling up your root chakra.
And I want you to see if any intuitive messages come through for you right now.
Anything that becomes clear for you while you're bringing balancing energy to your root chakra.
Okay.
Now I want you to imagine closing that root chakra and your crown chakra since we opened that at the beginning of this meditation.
We don't want to leave anything open right now to energies that we're not prepared to take on.
So why don't you just gently pat your hip and the base of your spine where you imagined that opening with your palm.
And then pat just the top of your head with your palm gently.
And this is just signaling to our brain and our body that those chakras are now closed.
