Welcome to your overcoming self-sabotage EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to be great for you if you feel like you often self-sabotage yourself in any area of your life,
Whether that's relationships or just pushing away things that ultimately you know will make you feel good.
Maybe it's hard for you to power through some harder things to get to that other side because you don't know or feel that you're always worthy of feeling good and you're always deserving of feeling good.
So I just want to help you push through to that other side in this EFT tapping meditation.
So right now,
Why don't you go ahead and grade how much you feel like you're currently self-sabotaging or that you just self-sabotage yourself in general in your life from a one through 10,
10 being the most self-sabotaging.
So go ahead,
Get that number and we're going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So you can go ahead,
Get comfortable,
Whatever that looks like to you.
And I'm going to tell you where to tap and then we're going to say a phrase.
I'm going to say it for you.
You can either repeat it after me or you can just feel what I say,
Whatever feels right to you.
So let's go ahead and begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I sabotage myself,
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
Despite my best efforts,
I sometimes run away or stop the things that are good for me,
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get to a place where I'm able to allow myself to be successful and have good things and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Sometimes I let fear take over.
Side eye.
Sometimes I don't do what's best for me.
Under eye.
Sometimes I operate out of fear.
Under nose.
And I don't let myself feel good.
Under mouth.
Sometimes I don't let myself have good things.
Collarbone.
And I want to release all of this.
Near armpit.
I want to let it all go.
Top of the head.
I want to get to a place where I stop self sabotaging.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's hard for me to know that I deserve good things.
Side eye.
But I want to allow myself to know this now.
Under eye.
I want to know that I deserve to feel good.
Under nose.
I want to know that I deserve to feel happy.
Under mouth.
I want to know that I deserve to have good in my life.
Collarbone.
And I want to stop sabotaging all of those things.
Under your armpit.
And I want to keep going.
Top of the head.
I want to release anything that keeps me in this self sabotaging place.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I knew that I deserved to be happy?
Side eye.
What if I knew that I deserved to feel good?
Under eye.
What if I knew I deserved to have good things?
Under nose.
What if I allowed myself to work through the fear?
Under mouth.
What if I allowed myself to work through the uncertainty?
Collarbone.
What if I allowed myself to see what happened if I just felt good?
Under your armpit.
What if I allowed myself to see what happened if I was happy?
Top of the head.
What if I allowed myself to see the best in any situation where I could be happy and feel good?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to start to feel good.
Side eye.
I allow myself to start to do things that feel good.
Under eye or lead me to better places in my life?
Under nose.
I allow myself to walk through the fear.
Under mouth.
Knowing that I deserve to feel good.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to walk through the discomfort.
Under your armpit.
Knowing that I deserve happiness in my life.
Top of the head.
I deserve to be my best self and stop sabotaging.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I will no longer self-sabotage.
Side of your eye.
I will no longer run away from things that are good for me.
Under your eye.
I will no longer run away from things that make me happy.
Under nose.
I will no longer stop doing things that feel good.
Under mouth.
I deserve to feel good.
Collarbone.
No matter what I've experienced before in my life.
Under your armpit.
Or what others have told me.
Top of the head.
I deserve to feel good in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I have so many goals and dreams for my life.
Side eye.
I see my future self in an amazing light.
Under eye.
I allow myself to work towards those things.
Under nose.
I move towards all the good that I deserve in my life.
Under mouth.
I move towards the version of me that no longer self sabotages.
Collarbone.
I move towards the version of me that respects the things that I want in my life.
Under your armpit.
I move towards the version of me that deserves all that I want in my life.
Top of the head.
I no longer allow myself to self sabotage and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.

Whether it's your life in general or a certain situation.
From one through ten.
Ten being the most self sabotaging.
And see if your number went down at all.
See if you feel a little lighter around that topic.
Around those emotions and feelings surrounding self sabotaging in your life.
And just overall see if your body feels lighter right now.
If you want you can come back and do this meditation whenever you'd like and whenever you think it may be helpful to you in your life.
And you may also see more of a difference if you do this daily and practice kind of changing your mindset around this daily.
