Welcome to your morning success EFT,
TFT tapping meditation.
This is going to be perfect for you if you want to just wake up and have a successful morning in order to have a successful day.
We're going to really tap into how much potential is there for us today,
No matter how you woke up right now.
So why don't you go ahead,
Get comfortable,
And we're actually going to begin with some TFT tapping,
Which stands for Thought Field Therapy.
And then we're going to get into the EFT tapping portion,
Which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique.
And I'm going to guide you through all of this so you really don't need to remember anything that I just said and just pay attention to where it is you need to be tapping and what it is you need to be thinking or saying out loud.
So go ahead in that comfortable position you're in,
I want you to start tapping on the side of your hand.
And I mean right in the middle of the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist,
Tap on that point.
And I want you to think about anything that you woke up thinking about today that is not going to help you have a successful day.
Anything that you feel there's resistance around,
Any negative thoughts,
Negative feelings,
Bring those into your thought field.
And we're going to tap on this point on the side of our hand and we're going to take some deep breaths to release those thoughts,
Those feelings,
Anything not allowing our day to be successful today.
So go ahead,
Tapping on the side of your hand,
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and out.
And another deep breath in and release it all out.
And one more big breath in and let anything not helping you today out.
Okay,
So now we're going to get into the EFT tapping portion,
But I want you to still just tap on that side of your hand.
We're going to do that at the beginning and then I'm going to guide you through the rest of it.
So tap on the side of your hand and I'm going to say a phrase and all you have to do is either say the phrase aloud after me in your head or you could just feel what I say.
So as we're tapping,
We're going to begin.
No matter how I woke up today,
I allow myself to have a great morning.
No matter how I woke up today,
I allow myself to have an amazing day.
I am going to have an amazing day and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Today has so much potential.
Now on the side of your eye.
Today is going to be so great for me.
Under your eye,
I have so much to look forward to today.
Under your nose,
Even the small things feel exciting to me to think about.
Under your mouth,
I deserve to have an amazing day today.
Collarbone,
I deserve to feel so good today.
Top of the head,
I deserve for things to work out for me today.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Today is going to be great.
Side of your eye.
I can feel how great today is going to be right now.
Under your eye.
It feels so light and airy when I think about it.
Under nose and I deserve for today to be great.
Under mouth,
I deserve to do great things today.
Collarbone,
I deserve to be happy today.
Top of the head.
I deserve to have an amazing day today and I know I can handle whatever comes my way.
Let's go ahead and stop tapping.
Take a deep breath in and out.
We're going to do one more round of that TFT tapping we did at the beginning.
I want you to bring into your mind anything that still may be standing in your way right now as we've just tapped on how much potential today has.
If there's anything still holding you back from feeling that way,
From knowing today can be amazing,
Bring that into your mind.
Start tapping on that point of the side of your hand and on every breath out,
We are going to release anything,
Not allowing us to have an amazing day today.
So go ahead,
Bring all those thoughts into your mind if there are any or anything you want to release right now.
Tap on the side of your hand and let's take a deep breath in and release.
Release it all out.
Another deep breath in and out.
And one more big breath in and let it all out.
