Welcome to your tapping titled,
It's Not The End,
It's Just The Beginning For Me.
And this is going to be so great if you're going through something ending,
Or it feels like something big is ending and you just don't necessarily see what's on the other side of that.
And I think that's so common because sometimes when we have the idea or view of something really happening for us and we can really envision this thing for ourselves,
Or maybe just something that's been in our lives for a long time that we can't really see beyond that.
Sometimes it's so hard to see that there is a new beginning waiting for us when that ending happens.
So that is really what I want to get us to as we tap today,
Get us to that point of knowing,
Yes,
Something ended,
No,
It doesn't feel great,
But there is something else waiting for me.
There is a new beginning.
There is something else on the other side of this ending.
So go ahead and get comfortable and we're going to begin by taking a deep breath in and breathe out.
Go ahead and start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I've been so quick to focus on something ending,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it's been hard for me to see what comes after that ending,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I can see that this ending is the perfect time for a new beginning and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
It truly feels like the end,
Side of your eye.
That feels so upsetting to me,
Under your eye.
And I want to allow myself the space to be upset,
Under your nose.
But I know that there is more waiting for me,
Under your mouth.
I just don't feel like I'm there yet,
Collarbone.
And I want to allow myself the space to get there,
Under your armpit.
The space to know that there is more waiting for me,
Top of the head.
And right now,
I give myself that space.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I want to allow myself to start looking at this situation differently,
Side of your eye.
I know something has ended,
Under your eye.
And I don't love that,
Under your nose.
But what if that thing needed to end,
Under your mouth?
What if to get to where I want to be,
Collarbone?
That chapter had to close for me,
Under your armpit.
And that's okay,
Top of the head.
It's okay for this chapter to close for me.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Even though it might not feel like it,
Side of your eye.
When a chapter closes,
A new one opens,
Under your eye.
Maybe a chapter I never even considered before,
Under your nose.
Maybe something completely unexpected,
Under your mouth.
Maybe something so needed,
Collarbone.
I allow myself to begin to see how promising this new chapter could be,
Under your armpit.
And I couldn't even begin to see any of this if that old chapter did not close,
Top of the head.
It's okay for me to move in this new direction.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I allow myself to consider a new beginning,
Side of your eye.
I allow myself to move towards a new chapter in my life,
Under your eye.
I might be a little unsure,
And that's okay,
Under your nose.
It's okay to be unsure in this new space,
Under your mouth.
I am welcoming this new beginning,
Collarbone.
I deserve this new beginning,
Under your armpit.
I deserve to start this new chapter in my life,
Top of the head.
I know now that it's not the end.
It's just the beginning for me.
And I love and accept myself.
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Okay,
That is the end of this tapping for today.
I truly hope you were able to get yourself to that space of really knowing and maybe even starting to believe just a little bit or maybe a lot that there is truly a new beginning waiting for you.
Just because something ended doesn't mean that you can't be upset about it,
But at the same time,
It doesn't mean that that's just truly the ending.
There's something waiting for you and you can do this tapping more if you'd like and just continue to open yourself up to the possibility of that new beginning.
So I truly hope this helped you today and I want to thank you so much for listening.
