I invite you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and connect with your breath.
Taking a really deep inhale in,

Hold it at the top and release.
With every exhale,
I invite you to release anything that is no longer serving you.

Release any insecurities and hold onto an intention in your heart center.
That intention being confidence and self-worth.
So with every exhale,
Release anything that is standing in your way of being the most confident version of you.
Release anything that is preventing you from knowing that you are worthy of everything you desire.
