Bring your breath to any place in your body that you feel tension or tightness and let it melt away with every exhalation.
I invite you to imagine a beautiful green light shining in your heart center.
Breathe into this beautiful vibrant light.
As you breathe into this light,
Feel it expand out from your heart center,
Covering your whole body.
It feels warm,
Comforting.
It feels safe.
I invite you to repeat these affirmations in your head and in your heart.
I am safe to love.
I am safe to be loved.
I forgive others.
I forgive myself.
I am worthy of unconditional love.
I make decisions from a place of love.
I attract loving and supportive relationships.
