This guided meditation is designed to help you come to a place of complete acceptance when you are yearning for love.
I invite you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and start to connect to your breath.
Take a really deep inhale in and slow exhale out.
Slowly exhale and sink into your body.
Identify what you're feeling.
Are you feeling lonely?
Are you feeling isolated?
Are you craving love and affection?
However you are feeling,
It is okay.
Your feelings are valid.
Your desires are valid.
Take a moment and feel into your body.
Honor what you're feeling.
Honor how you feel with full acceptance and no judgment.
Breathe into your body.
If you notice any shame,
Guilt,
Or embarrassment around how you feel,
Breathe into it and allow it to dissolve away.
As you exhale,
Release any shame around how you feel.
Release any guilt around how you feel.
Release any embarrassment around how you feel.
Release any judgment around how you feel.
Your feelings are valid.
Your need for love is valid.
Your desire for love is valid.
Breathe into your heart chakra and feel it expand.
Releasing any blocks,
Any limiting beliefs.
Releasing anything standing in the way of you receiving love.
Releasing any resistance around receiving love.
Let it go.
Let it melt away.
Open your heart.
Feel it expand.
How much love can you allow in?
Welcome love in.
Allow the energy of love to fill your aura.
Infusing love in every cell of your body.
Receive love.
Allow love.
Give love.
Be love.
Remember,
You deserve support.
You deserve nurturing.
You deserve respect.
You deserve understanding.
You deserve compassion.
Welcome it in.
