Transcript

Find a posture that allows you to feel alert and relaxed.

And take a few slow,

Easy breaths,

Allowing your energy to settle.

Invite your shoulders and back to relax just a little bit more.

Now gently draw your attention to the center of your forehead,

Your third eye.

With each inhalation,

Imagine drawing energy into the third eye.

And with each exhalation,

Sinking the energy into the center of your brain.

When you find your attention wanders off track,

Simply return to the third eye breathing.

And now continue with this practice using the least amount of effort possible.

Now your resources are saved,

And you can recover your senses any time.
