Really simple but effective video made counting the breaths and holds a piece of cake. It was also satisfying seeing the bar on the left fill upwards upon each inhale and drop downwards on the right for each exhale. Not sure if that was intentional but thought it was a nice touch. Also really appreciated the lack of pre-amble or any sort of talk at all — just jumps straight into the breathing! Very well done.

Thank you so much. Could you maybe also do a combined exercise practice of coherent breathing plus improving CO2 and nitric oxide... Struggle with freeze, depression, anxiety, brain fog, exhaustion and also a stubborn cough at times because of histamine intolerance (decades using psychotropic medication and addiction issues - in the past - off everything now, but struggling). Thanks ❤️

I felt calmer, I found myself breathing more slowly. I really appreciated the voice and the sound of the bells 🙏🏻

Excellent. So very nice to not have to do anything and feel like you are melting.

Toll, die Visualisierung wirkt noch zusätzlich beruhigend auf das Nervensystem… Danke

Excellent point by point relaxation of the body. Helps Center the focus on letting go. Great Voice!

Probably the best version of box breathing I’ve done. I lose count easily and make my breaths too long when trying to do this on my own, which isn’t as relaxing. This was easy to follow with the video and with the piano with my eyes closed. Thank you! 🙏🏻

This is just what I have been looking for. Words are so distracting for me. The visual really helps me when my thoughts wander. I don’t have to think about where I am or start over. I just peek. Thank you!

Nothing much to say but it’s a solid regulating presence to help calm the uneasy.
