Hello and thank you for being here.

My name is Nathalie.

I'm a spiritual healer and a movement facilitator.

With this very short meditation I want to support you through your journey of physical pain.

This is a very short meditation that I'm about to share with you.

I have created it especially for you if you have been through physical ailments.

If you have a chronic disorder,

If you have been injured,

Basically anything that has affected your body,

This meditation might help you tremendously.

This meditation will allow you to connect with a universal energy of unconditional love.

It is not a substitute for professional support.

It is not a substitute for individualized medical or holistic assistance.

The reason why I'm sharing this with you is first and foremost because I have been through a lot,

A lot of physical pain in my life.

I know how that feels.

I know how that feels.

And this type of meditation has not only worked for me but for others.

When we go through physical pain,

Our life changes,

Our identity changes.

With this meditation I want you to feel empowered again.

I want you to know that you have the power to activate healing in your body.

So as you listen to this recording,

Please bring your presence here.

Please bring yourself here and now.

I know how that feels when the body aches.

It feels like it's never-ending.

I invite you to take a deep breath in and to let it go through the mouth.

In this moment,

You might feel pain,

You might not feel it,

But you know your experience.

Do not try to change anything.

Just be in this moment.

Surrender to now.

Be with me.

Follow my voice.

Remember that partnering with your body is very important.

When we go through pain,

We might think that the body is against us.

Can you trust this right now?

That your body only wants to heal and you,

As a consciousness,

You want to partner with your body.

You want to help it.

Partnering with your pain is very important.

Your pain needs your attention.

So let's get straight into this meditation now.

Closing your eyes down,

Making yourself comfortable.

Breathe again with me through the nose.

Take a big breath in and release.

Now you're gonna focus on the very specific pain that you have been through.

You don't need to resist anymore.

Nothing needs to be changed right now.

Connect with this body part.

Maybe there are several body parts.

Maybe it's your stomach,

Maybe it's your heart,

Your chest,

Your shoulder,

Your head,

Your eyes,

Your joints,

Your reproductive organs,

Your skin,

Your feet.

You know.

You know your experience.

Imagine a beautiful light surrounding you right now.

It's white,

It's golden and you're in charge.

You're in charge of guiding this beautiful light.

You,

Right now,

Have the power to activate your healing powers.

You have the power to activate healing in your body.

So you're going to direct this light exactly where it needs to be.

Bring the light exactly into those areas.

Bring the light exactly where it has been aching.

Exactly where you need healing.

Take a moment.

Be present.

Take this time now.

Bring the light in.

Don't hold your breath.

Don't hold on to heavy emotions.

Let them be.

And as you visualize the light,

Imagine the miracle happening.

Imagine yourselves every single cell receiving healing now.

Ready to heal now.

Take a big breath in with me and let it out.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Give yourself a hug.

Squeeze your shoulders,

Maybe rub your heart.

Now opening your eyes,

Coming back to the room,

To where you are.

This was a very short practice that you can do anytime.

The longer you do,

The better.

But know that just a few minutes is enough.

Visualizing the light,

Healing the wound,

Healing the inflamed part of your body with that intent to activate your own healing powers.

Repeat this meditation as often as you want.

You are on the right track.

You will be at pace with yourself.

You are starting the healing process.
