Sitting in a comfortable position,

Relaxing your body,

Breathing slowly.

Taking a few moments to release any tightness in your body and to calm your mind.

Letting thoughts,

Plans,

Ideas and worries drift away.

With each breath in,

Connecting with the spirit of the baby inside you.

Feeling your bond,

Sending and receiving love between you.

Knowing that your ideal birth is something that you and your baby will create and experience together.

Feeling together now with your baby to visualize and to manifest the birth that is best for both of you.

Breathing deeply,

Relaxing your body and imagining now that you are sitting in your own private cinema.

Looking up at the screen in front of you,

This is where you will create your ideal birth and watch it unfold exactly as you wish.

Start by seeing yourself being fully pregnant.

Playing out a dream day that you would like to have when you are getting close to the end of your pregnancy.

Seeing yourself feeling calm,

Healthy,

Vibrant and satisfied that there is nothing left to do except await the arrival of your child.

두드�0 You You Now watching as your labor begins Seeing how you would like it to unfold Where you want to be Who you want to have present and how you want to manage any discomfort Who you want to have present and how you want to manage any discomfort You You You You Noticing how you keep yourself calm focused and positive during your labor You Seeing how you might respond to anything unexpected that arises Or how you cope with changes to your plan And how you'd like to manage any pain or fear You Of course it's important to focus on the birth that you want But also to allow for flexibility in the case that your plan is not able to go ahead You You You Now visualizing yourself in the final stages of labor Seeing how you would like to bring your baby into the world Watching as you remain strong and fearless as you breathe through any pain and birth your child You See your healthy baby and connect with the joy of holding him or her for the first time Seeing everything unfold exactly how you want for the first moments of your baby's life You Affirming to yourself my birth will be perfect for me and my baby My birth will remind me of the strength and love that I'm capable of Will remind me of the strength and love that I'm capable of Revisiting this visualization as often as you can during your pregnancy to help you craft and manifest your ideal birth experience And now taking some deep breaths making some gentle movements and returning to your day You
