Noticing the thoughts that are running through their mind,
Their self-talk.
And noticing the love and compassion in their heart.
Enjoying this image,
Allowing yourself to feel a sense of admiration and inspiration for this version of you.
Think about all the values that you would ideally live in alignment with and then see your ideal self living day to day guided by a deep,
Strong connection with these values.
Notice how they manage as they deal with common challenges that you face in your everyday life.
Notice how they communicate with people.
Notice how they make time for self-care and relaxation.
Notice the choices that they make.
Notice how they manage the day to day tasks that you need to achieve.
And notice how they radiate joy,
Love,
Peace and compassion.
You may also notice thoughts arise that tell you that you could never be like the person you see on the screen.
Just allowing your thoughts to come and to go without the need to buy into them.
The truth is that everything you observe about the version of you on the screen is already within you.
Now observing your ideal self carrying out a regular day in your life,
Including all the challenges and stresses that you would normally face.
Seeing them responding with grace,
Peace and courage.
Now seeing your ideal self in a situation that would normally be very high stress for you,
Perhaps a conversation with someone that you have strong reactions to or maybe a time where you have to speak publicly.
You can draw on memories to select an event where you behaved or reacted in a way that you regret.

Tapping into that strength,
Assertiveness and unconditional love that your ideal self accesses so effortlessly and watching how events play out.
Taking the opportunity to learn everything that you can.
Now seeing your ideal self on the screen in front of you as before.

Asking her or him for advice on how you can be more like them.
Having some time with your ideal self now,
Asking and listening.
And finally now asking about the best way to reconnect with your ideal self in the future.
Establishing a way for you to ask for help and guidance whenever you need it.
Now seeing your ideal self stepping off the screen and walking towards you.
And then seeing them step inside of you,
