Now let's begin.

This is a fun exercise just in case you need to be convinced about the things that you can't see.

Get a partner and somebody be number one and somebody's number two.

And number one,

I'd like you to blow up your grounding cord.

Then number two,

Give number one a big push on the shoulder.

And see how stable they are or are not.

And then number one,

Ground yourself.

Just imagine it grounding cord from the base of the spine down to the center of the planet.

Hook it in and just be grounded.

And number two,

Give them a push and see what the difference is.

It's a really fun exercise.

And then you can switch,

Of course.

It's usually good for a laugh.

Anytime you're feeling ungrounded,

Just make a brand new grounding cord.

So let's do that right now.

Imagine a grounding cord as wide as your hips all the way down to the center of the planet.

And just notice how your body feels.

What happens to it when you ground?
