Forgiveness is such an important process to release emotions from within the body. If you do not release emotions they continue to fester inside causing you ill health, dis-ease, anxiety, depression or addiction. Forgiveness is a conscious decision to let go of feelings of anger or resentment harboured toward a person who has committed a wrong. It can often help the one who has been wronged release any negative feelings and achieve a sense of peace.
