Transcript

Welcome to this gentle meditation that supports you in activating and nurturing your inner vitality.

It invites your body to align from within and helps you find a sense of grounded stability through your center.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on your mat,

A cushion or a chair.

Allow your spine to rise naturally.

Let your hands rest gently on your thighs or in your lap and close your eyes if that feels right for you.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Notice how your body is held and supported.

Take a few deep breaths in and slowly out.

Let go of anything you don't need with each exhale.

Breathe in and gently out.

Now,

Imagine your spine as a soft,

Living axis that extends from your pelvic floor all the way to the crown of your head.

With each breath,

Feel this inner alignment gently grow,

Strong and relaxed at the same time.

With every inhale,

Sense a lightness and spaciousness rising through your upper body.

With each exhale,

Soften your shoulders,

Your face,

Your belly.

Feel how you are supported from within,

Effortlessly and naturally.

Now,

Imagine the crown of your head gently reaching towards the sky.

While your base,

Your pelvis and feet are deeply rooted in the earth,

You are grounded and at the same time open upwards,

Connected to the sky above and the earth below.

Allow yourself to simply be in this space of balance,

Stable and expansive at once.

Breathing in,

Slowly deepen your breath again.

Feel your connection to the earth,

To your body and to your breath.

Gently begin to move your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Take a quiet moment of gratitude for the strength within you that holds you.

And for the calmness you've discovered in this moment.
