Testing,
Testing.
Feel into your body.
Sense and feel your physicality.
Sense the weight of your body.
Feel its mass,
The space that you very much get to take up and be in to occupy.
Feel the space of the body.
Feel the physicality,
The cells,
The muscles and bones,
All that makes up the physical body.
Sense and feel into this outermost layer of your being.
Now conjure up any appreciation that you can,
Any gratitude for this part of you,
Your body,
Your physicality,
Any appreciation and gratitude for what is working or has worked well in your body,
Offering it this moment of appreciating it for what it has done,
Is doing and will do.
Moving a layer in,
Sense and feel into what your energy feels like right now.
What is your energy level?
Whatever it is,
Just being with it,
Just noticing with kindness what energy is there.
Sense and feel into the flow of your breath,
Noticing how the breath is flowing,
Accepting what's there,
Just noticing,
Shallow or deep,
Choppy or smooth,
Short or long.
If it feels like you can get a full deep breath or if there's any challenge in doing that,
Just noticing the flow of breath,
Checking in and being with this part of your being,
Your energy,
Your breath,
In any way if you wish,
Checking in with any energetics,
Any energetic flow within your body and being.
And offering this part of you,
This layer of energy and breath,
Offering it any appreciation and gratitude that you can conjure for it.
Just noticing and feeling into this layer,
Offering it any gratitude that is genuine for you in this moment.
Now,
Moving in to our next layer,
Third layer in.
To sense and feel into your thoughts,
Your emotions and your spirit.
Notice what thoughts are like.
How are they flowing?
What rate or speed,
Multiple thoughts or one at a time,
Stumbling one over the other?
Perhaps noticing what the quality or kind of thoughts are in this moment for you.
Noticing your emotional state of being,
Any emotions that you feel right now and just noticing what you're feeling.
It may be a neutrality or it may be quite a strong emotion or several emotions all at once,
Just sensing and feeling into what you're feeling in your emotional being,
In this aspect of this layer.
And now sensing your spirit,
This is unique to you and however you touch upon a sense of the spirit of who you are.
Seeing and feeling into you,
Perhaps even thinking of this as the part of you that is the creator and can impact how thoughts flow sometimes,
How thoughts move through perhaps,
How these come together and how the spirit of you puts these together.
And then conjuring any appreciation and gratitude that you can for this multidimensional layer,
If you will,
Many aspects to it when we think about it in terms of thoughts and emotions in our spirit.
But sensing and feeling into this layer and holding whatever gratitude and appreciation you can that you can feel in this moment for this layer and aspect of your being.
And now moving in.
Yet another layer to the fourth from the outside in to just tune in to the part of you that is your highest self.
The part of you that can step back,
That can get that bird's eye view of a situation.
The part of you that can watch and see yourself as the actor on the stage of your life as it unfolds.
Simply watching and noticing what's happening from this distance,
A caring distance,
A compassionate distance able to hold what's there.
This place of your inner wisdom.
Sense and feel into this part of your being,
This layer.
The ability to tap in to the inner wisdom voice,
This moment itself,
A cultivation of that by recognizing its presence.
Knowing sometimes it can be quite subtle and not so easy to hear,
But knowing it's there and sensing,
Feeling and honoring this part of you and offering it any appreciation and gratitude that you can in this moment.
Even if it's voice may be too soft for you to hear or too loud perhaps even to hear,
But honoring its message of inner wisdom.
Empowering this place that's trying or successfully communicating to you,
Your higher self.
Feeling and feeling into your highest self,
Noticing what that feels like.
Wearing it,
Gratitude and appreciation for being there.
And then moving into this innermost layer,
This place of bliss,
Of joy,
Of wholeness,
Of completeness,
Of peace and ease.
In a place where you are safe within yourself,
Held within yourself.
Whole and complete as you are,
All of you,
Sense and feel into this part of you.
Whether this feels more challenging to uncover and feel into or easy,
Knowing that you are whole,
Complete and looking to feel into those moments where you feel at ease and at peace.
Where there is that deep sense of joy,
Joyfulness or bliss,
Delight perhaps.
Even a joy that can spread beyond circumstances,
That peace that can pass understanding.
Touch this place,
Those moments,
This ability to experience this part of your being.
However challenging or easy it may be,
Knowing it's there,
Being with it.
Offering this part of you any appreciation and gratitude that you can in this moment.
Honoring that this part of you is there.
And if it does feel diminished,
Know it can grow,
If it feels strong,
Enjoying that or anything in between.
And appreciating what is there,
Your ability to connect to this part of you.
Imagine that this innermost layer of your being,
This wholeness and completeness,
This place of peace and ease,
Able to be with all of who you are and feel a sense of deep joy.
Imagine it as a light glowing,
Emanating this glow,
This light shining out.
Imagine it shining into the next layer out,
That layer of your highest self,
Your inner wisdom.
Until this layer of your inner wisdom is so illuminated,
It shines into the next layer,
Shining into your thoughts,
Your emotions and your spirit.
Imagine your thoughts,
Emotions and spirit filled with this light from this innermost place.
Your joy shining through the wisdom into thoughts,
Emotions and your spirit extending now,
Illuminating into the flow and feel of your breath and energy,
The energy that you have and that flows through you.
Imagine that light reaching into,
Filling,
Spreading into this layer until it seeps into the marrow of your bones and muscles.
All the amazing structures in the body and systems into all of your physical being,
Into all of your skin,
Until it too is filled with this light from within,
Shining through all these layers,
Even shining beyond your skin.
Dreaming with this image,
Feeling,
Sensation as long as you like,
Honoring all that you felt and noticed and when you're ready,
Stepping back into your life with this deep sense of having connected with all of who you deeply and most truly are.
