Hello and welcome to this mystical practice.
Allowing the body and mind to settle in,
Closing the curtains,
Or placing something over the eyes to allow for a dark space.
Laying down and resting on your back if that's available to you,
Maybe even covering the body with a warm blanket.
Allowing the eyelids to feel heavy,
Starting to tune into the body and mind,
Noticing your inner landscape,
Finding an alignment through the crown of the head to the toes,
Releasing the shoulders,
Lifting the chest and heart space,
Softening the belly,
And allowing the arms to rest out towards the sides of the body,
The palms facing the sky,
Or resting the hands on the body,
Releasing the legs,
Feet and toes,
Starting to just soften,
Not holding or gripping,
Allowing the body to melt into the floor beneath you,
Smoothing the forehead and the brows,
Releasing the cheeks and jaw,
And continuing to let go of any tension,
Taking a breath in through the nose,
And sighing it out of the mouth.
Deep breath in,
And letting it go.
One more breath in,
And a long exhale out.
As you continue to release the body and mind,
Starting to think about an intention for this practice.
Maybe you are curious about past lives,
Or looking for guidance,
Pausing to reflect on your intention for this space.
I'll be quiet for a moment.
A past life is believed to be an alternate lifetime,
Based on some physics and theories,
Our lives are said not to be linear,
But rather infinite.
There is wisdom and guidance in connecting with past lives.
And when we are open,
The experience can be quite profound.
It is even possible to receive specific names and birthdays.
Reflecting on past lives opens the soul's natural ability to explore and embrace wonder,
Continuing to settle in a bit deeper,
And holding your intention in the mind's eye.
Once again melting into the surface beneath you,
Releasing any worries or concerns.
This is a place of ease and openness.
Breathing in through the nose,
One.
Breathing out also through the nose,
Two.
Inhale,
Three.
Exhale,
Four.
Inhale,
Five.
Exhale,
Six.
Breath in,
Seven.
Breath out,
Eight.
Inhale,
Nine.
And exhale,
Ten.
Starting to imagine a beautiful ball of white light starting to form at the heart space.
Inhaling this gentle light of peace and comfort.
With every breath,
Noticing your connection with the light grow stronger.
Feeling the warmth of this light in the heart space.
And now letting the light move into the surrounding areas of the body.
The chest and neck flowing into the face,
The third eye,
And the crown of the head.
Wrapping around the back body,
The shoulders and arms.
Feeling this light move into the wrists,
Palms,
And fingertips.
Sensing the light move into the belly,
Above the navel in the solar plexus,
And below in the sacral space.
Noticing the light flow into the pelvis and the lower half of the body.
The legs,
Feet,
And toes.
Feeling this light from the crown of the head to the toes.
Allowing it to stretch and reach every muscle,
Every cell,
Every part of your being.
And recognizing this light as your own inner light.
A light of love and protection.
As you feel this light in the body,
Whispering within,
I am protected.
I am protected.
I am protected.
Feeling the protective light around and within you.
Know that you are held in this supportive light,
And that as you journey through any past lives,
You are still protected.
You are tethered to the light of your own heart.
And you feel ready and open,
Starting to imagine yourself in a long hallway.
Noticing the color of the walls,
The design,
The details.
Then becoming aware of the presence of a door at the end of this hallway.
A door with a beautiful doorknob.
What color is this door?
As you move towards the door,
Counting your steps,

3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,
9,
10.
How does it feel to be close to this door?
Placing your hand on the doorknob and noticing any sensations.
Is it cool or warm?
Listening to the sound that this doorknob makes as you open the door.
Without rushing,
Just taking your time.
Starting to recognize what is behind the door.
Maybe a certain scene,
A color or energy.
Be quiet as you explore and welcome in your past life.

As you've had time to explore,
Looking down at your feet,
Noticing what shoes you are wearing and starting to move beyond the shoes,
What clothing are you wearing?
Taking in any details or thoughts,
Maybe a certain energy or knowing.
YOUR Blood S And when you are ready turning away from this door,
Sending gratitude to yourself for this space and practice.
Finding this door behind you,
Finding your way back into the hallway.
Noticing at the opposite end of the hallway is another door,
One that feels intimately familiar.
The door of your current and present life.
Finding your way towards it as you move closer to the door,
Starting to feel into your body and mind,
Connecting to your home.
Opening your very own door and stepping inside,
Allowing this visualization to fade away but reflecting for a quiet moment.
Often when we do this work we wonder if the mind is creating something rather than that of a true past life experience.
You may experience doubt or fear.
It is important to allow for acceptance and know that visions are rarely random.
The mind may have created the details for you but there are clues and pockets of wisdom in each vision.
Allow yourself to journal and further reflect on your experience.
Maybe there was a message or something to be explored a bit deeper,
Remembering that this is a practice and like anything it can become easier with time.
Taking a few deeper and wider breaths,
Moving the fingers and toes,
Coming back to the body,
Becoming present.
And when you are ready opening the eyes and bringing the palms together in prayer position for our final closing.
Bringing the hands just over the third eye.
