A calming meditation practice to ground deeper in nature, and restore the body, mind and soul. This is a visualization practice that fosters feelings of peace and calm within. This is a 10 minute practice to help you realign within, and feel once again grounded in the present moment.

Hello and welcome to this grounding meditation,

Finding a comfortable seat or even resting on your back.

There are no rules here.

Meditation doesn't have to look one specific way.

It's expansive.

This is your meditation practice so making it your own.

Closing the eyes,

Dropping in,

Landing back home in your body,

Going within.

Starting to notice the body with more focus and awareness.

What do you notice?

Are there areas that need a little more breath?

Love maybe?

Breathing into the spaces of the body that need it most.

As you breathe,

Can you feel the tension dissolve?

Maybe there is some release.

Starting to bring the awareness to the crown of the head.

Maybe even imagining a beautiful flower blooming at the top of the head.

Opening,

Coming alive with beauty and love.

With this opening,

Smoothing and softening the forehead.

Releasing the micro movements of the eyes.

Softening the cheeks,

Allowing the face to be like silk.

Releasing the jaw and with it whatever you are gripping or holding on to.

Letting something go.

Separating the top set of teeth from the bottom.

Not grinding.

Giving the tongue space in the mouth.

Feeling the breath moving in the throat with every breath clearing the energy within the throat.

Feeling the presence of your voice.

Your ability to express yourself.

Dropping the shoulders down and back.

Noticing how that feels.

What were you holding on the neck and shoulders?

What were you carrying?

Putting it down now.

You don't need to hold or carry in this space.

This is for ease,

For lightness,

For comfort,

For peace.

Opening the chest,

Feeling the heart expand.

The lungs clear and full.

Imagine pristine crystal clear air coming in and out.

Healing all of the cells within you.

Heavying the arms,

The hands,

The palms and fingertips.

Finding a mudra or hand gesture that resonates with you.

Or maybe it feels comfortable to rest the hands on the body.

Feeling the energy of the palms.

What is here for you?

Softening the belly.

Taking inventory of the solar plexus just above the navel and the sacral chakra just below.

How does the belly feel today?

And as the awareness is here,

Is there something that your gut is telling you?

Do you have any intuitive feelings or thoughts coming through?

Releasing the spine,

Allowing it to be long and as straight as possible.

The energy flowing easily from the back of the neck to the base.

The root chakra at the low back.

Your space of grounding and safety.

Starting to feel into this.

Allowing the root chakra to warm the body.

Dissolving tension.

Coming into further alignment.

Noticing the pelvis,

The buttocks and hips.

What can you feel?

Releasing the legs.

Heavy like a weighted blanket has been placed over them.

Softening the ankles,

The feet,

The toes.

How do you feel?

Allowing everything to be still now.

The body calm and relaxed.

The mind calm and relaxed.

The soul calm and relaxed.

Everything is calm and relaxed.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Breathing in this feeling of calm.

Exhaling out of the mouth.

Releasing this feeling back into the universe.

Inhale calm.

Exhaling calm.

Taking one more deep breath in.

Filling the body with this energy of calm.

Exhaling slowly.

Sending love and calm energy back into the world.

Noticing how this feels.

And from this place of calm,

Starting to open up to the thoughts.

Maybe you would like to set intentions,

Think about your manifestations or just rest the mind in this place of stillness.

Using this state of being in a way that feels good to you.

I'll be quiet as you reflect.

Feeling the calm energy flowing freely throughout the whole body.

Your energetic vibrations settling deeper and deeper into this state of calm.

Our outer world often mirrors our inner world.

So when we feel calm,

We create opportunities for calmness to enter our lives.

Be open to the opportunities today.

Deep breath in and exhaling slowly.

Bringing the palms together in prayer position to seal in this energy.

May you be well.

May you have the love and light of support around you.

And may you be peaceful and share that peace with the world.
