Light beings are powerful sources of wisdom and inspiration. Through this practice, we are opening a connection to beings of light to tap into a deep well of information, and insight. As we open a channel to connect with light beings you are using your true intuition to explore a deeper relationship with spirit guides, angels, and beings of light.

Hello and welcome to this mystical practice.

Finding a comfortable seat or if available to you,

I recommend lying down or resting on your back.

Maybe even covering up with a warm blanket or resting the head on a pillow.

Allowing the body to be comfortable and at ease.

Closing the eyes or finding a soft focus and starting to tune into the body and mind.

Becoming aware of what feels good and what feels maybe not so great.

Sending the breath to areas of tension in the body.

Releasing and relaxing with each breath.

Finding an alignment through the crown of the head to the toes.

Releasing the shoulders away from the ears and allowing the arms to be long and heavy.

Facing the palms upwards towards the sky.

Softening the chest and the belly.

Releasing the legs,

Feet and If you are lying down,

Imagine melting into the floor beneath you.

If you are seated,

Grounding through the pelvis and the base of the spine.

Connecting deeper within.

Continuing to notice your inner landscape.

Smoothing the face.

Tuning into the point between the eyebrows,

The third eye.

A space known to hold our intuition.

The ability to see without seeing.

Taking a breath into this space and sighing it out,

Releasing any remaining tension.

Breathing in energy into the third eye.

Breathing out,

Softening the body a bit deeper.

Inhale feeling the opening of this third eye and exhale letting go even more.

Breath in as if you are taking off a blindfold,

Opening yourself to this intuition.

Breath out,

Melting and dissolving any resistance.

Full breath in,

Opening and full breath out,

Releasing.

Continuing to slow the breath.

Starting to almost detach from the mind.

There is no need to think or force anything.

Allowing the mind to be a place of stillness,

Flowing with my words.

Releasing the ego,

The mind's desire.

Rather focusing on quiet,

Openness and space.

Cultivating an environment of peace within the mind.

Maybe gently saying within,

My mind is open.

My mind is open.

My mind is open.

There are many stories,

Religious texts and experiences across thousands of years of individuals connecting with light beings.

Some might say they are seraph and angels,

Divine messengers or celestial beings of light.

Regardless of your religious views and beliefs,

It is possible to connect with light beings and ask them for gentle guidance.

With this clear mind,

Starting to imagine a crisp and beautiful early morning.

The sunrise has just begun and it's somewhat dark outside.

You notice a thick fog that hangs in the morning air.

The fog brings with it a feeling of stillness and quiet.

There are no sounds.

There is nothing to see,

Just peace and quiet.

You notice in this serene space a light.

You see it through the fog,

Almost like a flashlight in the distance.

Using your third eye,

You start to make your way to the light.

Moving through this fog and allowing the light to become a bit brighter,

More full.

The closer you become,

The less fog is noticeable.

The more vivid this light becomes.

As this light becomes more intense,

Allowing it to flow into the body and mind.

Pouring first into the third eye,

Opening this home of intuition with this powerful light flowing into the face,

The neck and shoulders,

Moving into the arms and hands,

The chest and belly,

Feeling the warm light in the back body,

The pelvis and legs,

And finally feeling it flow into the feet and toes.

You are filled with light,

With this light within you,

Starting to open the mind to connecting with light beings.

Is there a presence in this space and moment?

Can you feel an energy?

Maybe a sensation of warmth,

Pulsing or tingling in the hands,

A brightness that can be felt through closed eyes.

I'll be quiet for a moment as you focus on this connection.

As you continue to hold this connection,

Allowing yourself to ask the light being or beings for guidance,

Messages that you hope to receive.

I'll be quiet again for a moment,

Saying thank you to this light being or beings that have come through to you today,

Sending gratitude and appreciation for their support and love.

And now gently saying goodbye to this light being,

But continuing to hold this sensation of light within the body and mind.

Beings of light intuitively know what you are open and ready to receive.

As you gain more confidence in your connection,

They may start to present themselves with more depth or vision.

It is possible to connect with them often,

Sharing messages to them throughout the day,

Saying thank you for the beautiful warmth of the sunshine on your face,

Or maybe a moment of light that is felt in a smile from a stranger or a joyful experience.

The more we communicate,

The stronger that connection can become.

Pausing in this light for another quiet moment,

Soaking up any messages or goodness that you may feel.

And when you are ready,

Taking a few deeper and wider breaths,

Moving the fingers and the toes,

Starting to come back to the body and mind.

Gently placing the fingertips of the right hand on the third eye,

Just lightly massaging the third eye space,

And sending yourself a little gratitude for this deep connection and intuition.

When you are ready,

Opening the eyes and bringing the palms together in prayer position for our final closing.

May you be well,

May you have the love and light of support around you,

And may you be peaceful and share that peace with the world.
