I want you to relax,
Breathe in,
Expand your stomach and breathe out,
Bringing your abdomen to your spine.
That's good.
As you continue to breathe,
You become more and more relaxed with every exhale.
Focus on your feet and breathe into any areas that may have stress or tension.
Allow your legs to relax with every out-breath.
That's good.
Now we move upwards towards your calf and check for any tension or heat within this area and relax with every out-breath.
We move slowly up to your knees and the back of your knees and we check for any areas again of heat,
Stress or tension and as you breathe out,
Relax in all areas which feel tight and sore.
Then we come to your thighs,
Your pelvis and your hips.
These are the areas where we hold a lot of day-to-day stress and tension.
I want you to breathe out any areas that hold any tension.
That's good.
We come to your abdomen,
Your ribs and your chest.
I want you to breathe out any areas which are holding any stress and tension.
Next we move onto your shoulders,
Your neck and your jawline and just focus on any areas which might be hot.
Have tension.
Just with your exhale,
Just slowly breathe out,
Relaxing more and more.
That's good.
We finally move to the eyes,
The head and the top of the scalp and any tension or stress,
Any thoughts that are coming into your head.
Just allow them to slowly drain from you through the out-breath.
Feeling more and more relaxed,
Feeling deeper and deeply relaxed,
Feeling relaxed.
Now you're fully relaxed,
I'm going to count to 10 and by the time I reach to 10,
You're going to become more and more relaxed.

Feeling all the stress,
Leave your body with every exhalation.

7,
Becoming more and more relaxed,
8,
9,
10.
Now you're fully relaxed.
I want you to imagine that you're now walking in a lush green rainforest.
As you walk through the forest,
You can actually feel the sun streaming through the leaves onto your face,
Caressing your skin.
As you look up,
You see the giant ferns swishing in the wind,
The gentle wind caressing your cheeks and you exhale and feel so relaxed.
You feel the leaves under your feet crackling with every move and you hear the birds in the distance chirping away and you feel so very,
Very deeply relaxed as you walk into this beautiful,
Lush green rainforest,
A place which is safe and nurturing,
A place that you can come to anytime.
As you walk through the forest,
You come to a door,
You open a door and notice that there's a bright light inside.
As you walk into towards the light,
You come to a room and there are two seats in front of you.
You sit on one chair and just relax back and you see a light coming towards you.
This light is your guide,
Your inner guide and your guide has come to you to bring some information that you need to know regarding the situation or a goal that you wish to seek clarification on.
Sit down with your guide and ask your guide any questions that you may need answers to.
A minute of time,
Our time is equivalent to an hour of time in this realm.
So spend time,
Allow your guide to answer any questions,
Ask any questions that you feel relevant to this situation.
Just allow the information to flow.
Try not to censor any information and you will remember everything that is said to you when you awaken from this meditation.
Very soon,
Your conversation will be coming to an end.

Your guide gives you a gift,

A representation of your meeting together.

Your guide disappears and now you turn and go back up the stairs.
You come back into the forest and you walk back out the forest with the sun now on your back.
Now I'm going to count to ten and at the end of the counting,
You're going to awaken fully refreshed and feeling great.
