I want to get comfortable sitting upright and sitting cross-legged on the floor.
I want to start the breathing sequence,
Breathing in,
Expanding your stomach,
Breathing out,
Bringing your stomach and abdomen to the spine.
That's good.
As you continue to breathe you become more deeply and deeply relaxed.
And I'm going to count to 10,
When I get to 10 you're going to be even more relaxed.

Slowing your breath,
5,
6,
7,
8,
9,
10.
That's good.
And I want you to continue to breathe in and out,
Through the nose and out through the mouth.
That's good.
Now I want you to imagine that you're walking in a beautiful,
Beautiful field.
And you're surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and it's a very spacious place,
Open air.
It's sunny and the soft breeze is caressing your skin.
You hear the trees shaking in the wind,
Chorus of beautiful lush green sounds and birds singing in the background.
And you feel very content and happy,
You feel connected to your environment and with every step you take you feel calm and relaxed.
And then you see a figure in front of you sitting down by a tree and they invite you to sit down and this figure is surrounded by beautiful golden light.
You cannot really see everything about them but you can just feel their beautiful warm and inviting presence and total unconditional love coming from them.
Feeling their presence just opens your heart.
This is your inner guide.
This is your connection to the divine.
This is your divine self which is part of you.
Now I want you to ask this part,
Anything that you need regarding the situation,
Regarding the next step of your journey in your life,
Anything.
And this guide is going to respond back to you with loving words,
Words of wisdom,
Words that are clear and concise and that come from the heart space,
That doesn't have emotion attached to it or expectations,
Pure words of wisdom coming direct from above.
So they will give you some time to converse with your guide and get the answers that you need to a particular situation.
So let's Progress.
In a moment I would like you to thank your guide for the wisdom.
You thank your guide and at this place there is no need to exchange any gifts or symbols,
Just an open heart and a desire to follow the guidance that you have just received from your own inner guide.
Remember you can come back to this place at any time.
So as you say goodbye and you walk back through the field,
You feel more and more calm,
More centered,
More clear about your direction and even if it's not 100% clear to you at this moment when you come out from the meditation,
You will have much more clarity about your situation and you will always have a place and a technique to come back to when you need to receive guidance.
After you come out from meditation I want you to write down something that is like a bit of a prayer or poetry or special words of wisdom that you will carry around with you just to remind you of your own divinity.
