I want you to get comfortable and relax either lying down or sitting up.
I'm now going to start the breathing sequence.
I want you to breathe in expanding the stomach and breathe out bringing the belly button to the spine.
That's good.
Breathe in expanding the stomach,
Breathe out bringing the belly button to the spine.
And I want you to tense your toes and your feet and when you relax them just notice any areas of heat or a tingling sensation.
Then I want you to tense up your calves and your knees.
Tense tense tense and relax.
Noticing any areas of soreness,
Warmth or any heat.
And then we move to the thighs and the hips and tense tense tense and relax.
Including our buttocks,
Let's do that again.
Tense tense tense tense and relax.
Just notice any areas of gain where there's warmth or where there's heat.
And then our stomach,
Our shoulders,
Our arms,
Tense tense tense and relax.
Your arms,
Your neck and your head.
Tense tense tense tense and just relax.
That's good.
And finally your tongue,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your skull.
Tense tense tense and just relax.
That's good.
And now I want you to imagine there's a wave from your feet through your body going up to the top of your head and this is clearing any of the stresses of the night or of the day.
Any negative emotions and just allow this wave to move through your body and clearing any residual energy.
And now you're feeling more and more relaxed as you continue to breathe deeply.
As you continue to breathe deeply.
That's good.
And I'm going to count to 10 and when I get to 10 you're going to be in a state of total relaxation.

I want you to imagine that you're standing in a forest and there's beautiful tall trees surrounding you and the sun shining down caressing your face and your body with this gentle morning heat.
And there's an opening in the ground in front of you surrounded by the most beautiful flowers,
Wild flowers.
And then you can smell the smell of the earth.
It's quite dusky.
And then there is a hole,
Beautiful round hole just with your body in.
And you lie into this hole and the warm earth just caresses your body.
There is no feeling of being uncomfortable or that.
This just feels right.
It feels like you are covered and hugged by Mother Earth.
As you sit in this pod and you feel comforted and warm,
You can feel pulsating directly behind your heart through your back.
And know that this is the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
And with every beat of her heart as she holds you,
Know that you are safe.
Know that you can let go of all those times where you have been less than yourself.
Know that you can let that go and allow Mother Earth to hold you in her heart.
Know that whatever you've been through,
You didn't do anything wrong.
That you are loving,
Being,
Soul,
That you are whatever you define yourself to be.
And that you are perfect in her eyes.
You just are perfect exactly as you are in your totality.
And as you breathe,
You feel this warm,
Loving embrace.
You stand up and step out of this cocoon.
And you stand on the ground and feel the roots of Mother Earth connected to your own feet and going up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up through your body and rooting yourself to this earth.
And you feel so energized and grounded that you put your hands to the sky and allow yourself to be connected to the sky.
Into your body,
Through your head,
Your neck,
Your throat and down into your heart and connecting with Mother Earth and mixing at the center of your body.
This is the marriage of Heaven and Earth.
And it's your energy marriage.
And allow this energy to mix and go from the earth down into the earth,
Coming up,
Going through your body into the sky,
Then coming back down again.
And with every breath,
You're allowed this energy to expand all around your body and keep expanding past your neighborhood,
Past your country,
Past the part of the world you're in,
Right through the galaxies and solar systems.
And know that you are expansive and limitless and that you are pure love,
A child of Heaven and Earth.
And just sit in this expansiveness without any judgment and just breathe,
Breathe your being.
And then when you're ready,
Start calling back your energy and just call it back through the solar system,
Through the earth,
Through the continents,
Through the country,
Through your area,
Neighborhood,
Into back into your home and just contain this into your own auric field.
Just sit with this energy and now pull it back into your body and just allow it to be in your body.
Just allow you to experience yourself in your totality and just give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Sky and just sit in gratitude and love and grace.
And now that you can come back here anytime,
