Then your neck,

Now I want you to imagine that you're at the beginning of a forest.
And as you start walking through the forest,
You notice the sun streaming through the trees,
Caressing your cheeks.
And then you hear a waterfall in the background.
The soft scent of jasmine is in the air.
And you feel more and more relaxed.
You come to a circle of stones and there's a fire waiting.
You sit down in front of the fire and realise how peaceful that you are.
And then you see a figure walking towards you.
Take a look who this figure is.
It could be a child.
It could be a woman.
Now the figure is from a fairy tale that you heard of or a story that you heard of when you was a child.
And just notice who turns up from this fairy tale.
Notice the colours that they're wearing.
Also they'll have an animal with them.
And I want you to take note of what type of animal that is with this character as they come towards you.
When you're in this character,
Start to sit down and you have a conversation.
And I want you to take as much time as you want and listen to what this character has to tell you.
They may give you a gift or an object or they may just tell you something.
I just want you to sit down and listen to what they have to say.
A minute of time in this realm is equivalent to an hour.

In a minute you're going to be parting ways with your character,
Your guide.
So I want you to say your goodbyes.
And your guide is going to give you a gift that's going to represent your intuition.
