This is the Balancing Chakra's Base Chakra Meditation.
I want you to get comfortable either sitting up straight or lying or sitting cross-legged on the floor.
And I want you to start breathing,
Expanding your abdomen as you're breathing.
And bringing your abdomen to your spine as you breathe out through your mouth.
That's good.
As you continue to breathe,
I want you to come to your feet and feel any tension that's in your feet and release it with de-exhalation.
And then we come to the calves,
Feeling any tightness,
Any heat,
Any soreness.
And just release it into the ground with your exhalation.
That's good.
Then we come to the knees,
The thighs,
The pelvis,
The abdomen,
And just release any areas of tension that you may be feeling.
Then we come to the chest,
The arms,
The shoulders,
And the back.
And just release any areas of tension.
That's good.
Then we come to the neck,
The head,
The ears,
And the top of the head.
And just with an exhalation release all the tension of the day or the week.
And now I'm going to count to ten.
And when we reach ten,
You're going to be fully and deeply relaxed.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Feeling more deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
And now I want you to imagine that you've got this beautiful red energy coming down from the top of your head all the way through your body,
Energizing your body.
And when we get to your pelvis area,
This energy is going to circulate clockwise from your belly button,
Round to your waist,
To your back,
To your left side again,
And back to the middle.
Sending this red energy around the lower part of your body.
And this energy is going to actually spiral down your legs through your feet and into the ground.
And just imagine it connecting to the earth.
And bringing up any earth energy.
Then I want you to imagine that this energy is coming back up and spiraling around your legs,
Back to your pelvis,
Your perineum.
And just look for any areas that may be static or blocked around this area.
How does this red energy circulate?
And just think if there's any impressions that may come to mind within this area.
How do you feel the red grounding energy circulate?
Does it feel too strong?
Does it feel cold?
Are there some parts,

The left side,
Feeling more warm than the right side?
Are there any tingling feeling sensations,
Even in your legs,
Your right leg or your left leg?
And is there any impressions that it may be coming up,
How do you circulate this energy?
And just be present to this lower part of your body.
That's good.
Just take note of the sensations.
We're just embodying the energy.
And now I want you to just ask this part of your body,
It doesn't need to tell you anything.
Is there anything that you need to know in relation to the chakra that affects this part of the body?
So are you having any issues with material wealth,
Grounding,
Feeling connected in your body,
With money,
With your environment?
Any issues that are connected to the first chakra?
So just ask this part of this body,
Does it need to tell you anything?
In a moment,
I want you to ask this part of the body to give you a symbol.
It could be anything,
A symbol or a colour.
And then when this symbol or this colour comes to you,
You are going to remember it when you wake from this meditation.
And then you're going to draw it in the form of a mandala or any image that you may wish to do so.
Now I want you to take three deep breaths.
And as you exhale,
Imagine you're energising this area with brilliant white light,
Clearing any blockages.
So I want you to exhale three times,
Through the nose,
Inhaling and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhale,
Brilliant white light,
Bring it down to the pelvis area and the legs.
And exhale into the ground.
And again,
Inhaling brilliant white light.
Pushing it down,
Down,
Down into the pelvis,
Into the legs,
Clearing any stagnant energy.
And exhaling into the ground.
And again,
One more time.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Anything that's not needed,
Any habits or any thoughts or any fears connected to the material relationships and money.
That's good.
And in a moment I'm going to count to ten and you're going to come from this meditation and you're going to draw your mandala or image or representation.
It could be just the colour of your own symbol that you received during this visualisation and meditation.
I'm going to count to ten.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Feeling the ground or the chair or the bed beneath you.
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Feeling refreshed and wide awake and grounded in your body.
