Hello this is Marilyn Fontaine from MJFontaine.

Uk.

This is a guided relaxation for the Balancing Chakra's Art and Aroma Therapy Lesson 2 for Sacral Chakra.

I want you to get comfortable and relax.

Be sitting up or lying down where you will not be disturbed for a few minutes.

I want you to breathe in and expand your stomach and breathe out,

Bringing your navel to your spine,

Breathing out through your mouth.

That's good.

I want you to start with your legs and tense and relax your legs,

Releasing any tension that you may be experiencing in your legs and your feet.

Then I want you to go up to your knees,

Your thighs and your hips.

With every exhale releasing all tension and stress in those areas.

Let go all of the stresses that you've accumulated in the past week.

Then I want you to move up to the stomach,

Abdomen,

Lower back and release any tension that you may have accumulated.

That's good.

Then we come to the chest,

The arms and the neck.

And again any heat,

Tension,

We're relaxing your body and releasing.

Then we come to the head,

The scalp,

The ears and the top of the head.

And just exhale all the stress and tension that you may be experiencing.

Now I want you to just relax even deeply when I count to ten.

One,

Two,

Three,

Become more and more relaxed.

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

And now in a deeper state of relaxation.

I want you to imagine that you're walking through a lush green forest.

Feel the ground beneath your feet and the sun coming down on your face,

Warming your face as every time you exhale.

You keep walking in this lush forest and you hear the birds and the trees and feel the breeze on your neck and you feel so relaxed and at peace.

As you keep walking you come to a doorway of a cave and you open this door and you walk inside.

There's a room just to your right and you walk towards this room and the cave becomes warmer and dense.

Very,

Very warm.

It's quite a lot of heat but it's bearable.

Then as you walk more further and further into this room,

The room becomes warmer.

And then you see an altar in front of you and a candle on the left and a candle on the right.

I want you to just take note of what else is in this room.

This is your sacred temple.

The temple of your womb.

That's good.

Then as you look around I want you to take again,

Is the room now cold?

Are there any colours that you can take note of?

What colours are the candles that are actually sitting on the altar?

Is there anybody else in the room?

After you've taken note,

There's a golden chair in front of the altar.

I want you to sit on this chair and I want you to light the candles.

And just take note of which candle that you light first.

That's good.

And as you light the candles,

An object appears in front of you.

This object is a message and a gift from your sacred temple,

Your womb.

This object is an object that will tell you and will represent any issues that may need to be cleared up.

This object could be a vision,

It could be a symbol,

It could be a colour.

Do not worry too much about deciphering what this object means,

For when you wake up you will know exactly what this means.

Now look at this object,

And this is yours,

A gift from your temple.

Take the object and keep it with you.

And I want you to place an object on your altar.

Something you don't want anymore,

That no longer serves you,

That can be taken in the cave and recycled.

So we have to place this object on your altar.

And just stand back and say these words.

I am balanced,

I feel,

Transform my emotions in a creative way.

I tap into my sexuality in a balanced and healthy way.

And I am able to honour myself.

And so it is.

Now you know you can come to this base anytime.

Anytime that you need to just receive gifts and information from this place.

You can come back and just look at the altar and see what is available for you each time.

When you are ready you are going to come out of the room knowing that you can visit here anytime.

But before you leave I want you to look at the room now and see if there is anything else there that has appeared.

Normally the room may change colour,

There may be more things in there.

If there is anything you don't like in the room just send white light all around the room.

And now you are going to walk through the cave,

Out back into the forest,

Through the lush green forest.

With the birds chirping happy in the background.

Walking,

Walking,

Walking.

I am going to count to ten and you are going to come back into the room.

One,

Two,

Three,

Increasing your breath.

Four,

Five,

Six,

Feeling the room around you,

The cushion or chair that you are sitting on.

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Open your eyes,

You are fully awake,

Wide awake.
