I invite you to close your eyes now and take the deepest breath you've ever taken today.
Breathe in deep and feel your body expand.
Breathe out deep and feel yourself let go of any tension or tightness.
Allow your body to become heavy and fully relaxed,
Sinking into the surface beneath you.

When you cleanse your energy field,
You release all of the unnecessary energies and toxins you picked up throughout the day or even throughout your entire life.

And energies that no longer serve my highest good.
I release them across all planes of existence,
Across all universes,
And all lifetimes.
I transmute all these energies to love,
For the highest good of all.
I am free from any negative energies I have subconsciously or consciously attracted through the world around me,
Spiritually,
Emotionally,
Physically,
And mentally.
I revoke any energetic permission I have given in the ethereal or physical realms that don't align with my highest path.
I am protected and guided from all negativity attempting to attach to my energetic and physical body.
I release all energy that's not mine.
I call my power back.
I am grounded,
Safe,
And completely protected.

Remember to surround yourself with positive influences and stay grounded in your intentions.
Know that you have the power to create and protect your energy.
Come back to this meditation when you want to protect your energy every single day.
Now if you created a bit of tension within your body during this meditation,
This is an opportunity to relax a little bit.
Relax your face.

Relax your chest.

Relax your legs.
And relax your feet.
You ground yourself into Mother Earth by imagining roots coming from the soles of your feet,
Going down into the ground.
And you can imagine the smell of the soil,
Just like the smell when it just rained.
Mmm,
Smells so good.
You are grounded right now,
At this very moment.
Now gently bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Feeling the sensations of your body and your mind.
Notice the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the renewed,
Cleansed energy within you.
Carry this powerful energy with you throughout your day,
Knowing that you are divinely guided,
Protected,
And loved.
