Perhaps you feel or hear some cracking noise.
Just feel how you're moving your body.
Move your neck from left to right.
You can also rotate your neck if it feels right for you.
Breathe in deep from your nose and breathe out deep from your mouth.
Thank yourself for being here today,
For doing something brave,
For taking the time to connect with your shadow self.
The part of you that recognizes behavior that doesn't serve your highest good anymore.
Your shadow holds all of your fears,
Mistakes,
Anxieties,
And darkest thoughts.
It wants everything that you were never allowed or too afraid to have,
Even your own forgiveness.
Your shadow self has a tendency to stay stuck in that pattern.
But it is not who you are.
When you repress yourself,
You forget who you are.
You disconnect more with others.
You are numb to emotions or have repeatedly destructive emotional states.
You tend to have destructive behaviors that create self-sabotage.
Because of that,
You tend to have shallow and unfulfilling relationships.
Perhaps a lack of connection.
A lack of passion.
Because when you don't face your own darkness,
You will pretend you're only seeing light.
We're going to breathe together for 10 times through the mouth and out through your mouth.
Just stay present and I will guide you through this process.
Know that each and every breath you take,
You allow yourself to go deeper within yourself.

Get an intention and connect with your shadow self.
Don't be afraid now.
Your shadow self is only the repressed version of you.
Connect with your shadow self and learn a different perspective of how to grow in this life.

What's the biggest promise you've made to yourself but have broken?
And how does it make you feel?
Do you notice how you lie to yourself daily?
Those little white lies that we all tend to do on a daily basis?

What do you need to forgive yourself for?
We are our own critics.
We carry this baggage of denying ourselves and putting ourselves down.
