Close your eyes now and breathe in the deepest breath you have ever taken today.

Breathe in and release.

Today I invite you to go deeper within yourself.

Be aware of your surroundings.

What do you hear right now?

What do you smell?

What is the sensation that you feel inside your body?

Stay present.

Stay connected.

Breathe in and breathe out.

It's time to take an honest look at where you're spending your energy,

Your time,

Your emotions.

Is it positively serving you or are you stuck in your old ways of being?

Where are you spending your energy?

It's your time now to let go and release old patterns,

Old habits,

Relationships,

And people that doesn't resonate with you anymore in your highest good.

While I'm speaking these words,

You might have a few in mind.

Set your intention right now and let it all go.

Let yourself feel this release.

Breathe in and breathe out.

It is your choice to decide what you want to do with your life,

What you wish to experience,

And the action steps you take to get there.

Today I invite you to focus all of your energy in moving forward with your journey without getting stuck in the past.

Don't allow yourself to waste your efforts on things that drain your energy.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Get rid of toxic situations and emotions and get rid of anything that you feel is affecting your life in a negative way.

When you let go of the old energies you've been holding onto,

You create new pathways for growth,

For higher vibrational frequencies,

Experiences,

And opportunities to enter your life.

We will breathe together for five times.

Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth.

And three,

Two,

And one.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Last one,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Use your energy to create a better environment and way of being for yourself and others.

We see in others what we see in ourselves.

So what do you pay attention to?

What keeps you up at night?

Are you stuck in your past,

Afraid of the future,

Anxious about the present moment?

Or are you in complete gratitude for choosing growth and in leveling up in your game of life?

Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.

Be discerning about the things that resonate with your true,

Authentic self.

Always be open for change and always take the necessary steps for your growth.
