Hello and I welcome you all to the 13th day of 21 Days Mindfulness Challenge or 21 Meditations,
Whatever you want to call it.
Today we are going to do a unique session which is called as The New Me.
As the name suggests it's going to be a session which is based out of letting go and becoming aware of our beliefs,
Our concepts,
Our thoughts,
Our attitudes and especially when I'm recording these videos we are in the time of pandemic,
COVID-19 and in last one year a lot of things have changed and we have been bringing natural transformation because the world around us is making us go through this transformation because if we don't go through this transformation in our attitudes and our beliefs,
Concepts and thoughts we might not be able to survive and this session has been created especially for the times when we're looking on to innovate ourselves and go to the next level.
So let's go ahead with this.
It's going to be a guided session.
Please choose the place you would like to sit either on a chair or on the mat.
Take your positions,
Breathe in and breathe out,
Get yourself ready,
Breathe in and breathe out a few times and as you continue to breathe in and breathe out gently close your eyes as we start the session.
Relax your head,
Relax shoulders,
Relax the spine,
Your knees,
Your hands,
Your feet,
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
Visualize the surroundings where you're sitting in right now.
Be awake,
Be alive,
Be absolutely active in this moment right now.
As I slowly take you through the mindfulness session,
The new me which is based out of innovation.
As you sit there in your room,
In your place,
I would like you to feel some kind of a heat below from the floor where you're sitting in right now.
Feel the heat,
Visualize the heat just below you,
Below you where you're sitting from the ground because once you look down you see that there is a fire below you and as you counted five,
The fire is increasing second by second.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
I would request you to let go of yourself in this fire.
Let go of your thoughts,
Let go of your beliefs,
Let go of your stubbornness,
Let go of your attitude,
Let go of your judgments and perceptions,
Let go of your crutches,
Let go of your way of living life,
Let go of your perceptions of right and wrong and see everything burning in this fire right now because there is no other way to melt yourself down and create a new me.
See yourself covered in this fire,
In this big fire which is starting from the bottom of the floor where you're sitting in right now and covering you entirely.
Keep going on and let go in this fire,
Everything of this old you which is not nourishing you anymore and gently see yourself getting molded into a new person.
It's happening very gently,
Very slowly.
See yourself coming ahead with an open mind,
With a lot of compassion,
With a lot of newness.
How would you like to create yourself if given a chance?
I would like you to create yourself right now,
Create new beliefs and concepts,
Create a lot of love,
Create a lot of innovation,
A lot of spontaneity,
A lot of creativity around you.
See this new molded figure filled with a lot of courage and strength.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.
What are you looking for?
What are you looking to innovate?
What is the newness you would like to bring in yourself?
I want you to visualize it right now happening within yourself.
Feel it.
See the new outlook,
See the new thoughts,
See your new mind,
See your new beliefs and concepts taking place right now when this new person is getting formed.
Next,
Count to five.
The new person should be ready.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four and five.
See sprinkling of water from the top of your head,
Taking care of the fire and a new mold itself right in front of you.
It's like washing off what you don't need and creating a new you,
Literally in reality.
Keep breathing in and breathe out and soaking the new you.
How does this new you look like?
What are the new qualities,
Five most important qualities you feel this new you will have or is having right now?
Feel it.
Chunky,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Slowly start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to this room,
Come back to yourself,
To your body,
To your breath and once you feel complete,
Gently open your eyes.
I wish you a day full of innovation and creativity where you let go all the whole stagnant and stubborn ideas out of the window and bring in new thoughts,
New beliefs,
New concepts and ask yourself what do I need to do in today's time what do I need to change,
What do I need to shift?
Take action today.
Minimum five major actions what you feel you need in your life right now to innovate yourself do that and I wish you that for that.
