Take a moment to pause wherever you are and feel the breath happening now in the body.

You can close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Notice the weight of your body and the support beneath you.

Feel your breath flowing naturally.

Bring attention to your hands.

Noticing any sensations there.

And now your feet.

Sensing their connection to the ground.

Scan through the whole body.

Acknowledging any areas of tension but letting them go on the out-breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Releasing any tension that wishes to leave.

With each exhale and gently open your eyes.
