Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by bringing your awareness to the breath.
Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.
Allow the gaze to soften and if suitable for your surroundings the eyes to close.
Tend to the spine.
Breathing with tallness,
Awareness.
Bringing a sense of elongation,
Balance and alignment into your practice.
Breathe into this antenna of consciousness.
The navigation system of awareness.
Centre yourself in the body and allow the body to find its way into stability.
A foundation of presence.
The temple of awareness.
And with the breath ever so gently breathing to the root chakra.
To the bowl of the pelvis.
The base,
The base note.
Breathing to the base note.
Just gently no pushing.
A touching in,
A gentle arriving in the body.
Remembering the feet on the floor as we connect and ground.
Drawing in life force energy.
Floating through the energy body on the breath to the sacral.
The belly button area.
Breathing into the belly.
Your intuition.
Your knowing.
Your balance in the world.
Breathing.
Just gently,
Curiously.
With loving awareness,
A heartfulness through the practice not just at the heart.
Breathing to the solar plexus energy centre.
The flexion of light,
The solar plexus.
The beam of your word,
The sun of your being,
The solar plexus.
Connecting on the breath.
Root,
Sacral,
Solar plexus as we connect a new one.
Remembering on the breath the ones we have already activated.
Remembering the tallness of the spine,
The entryway.
Breathing next into the heart.
A gentle opening.
A powerful exploration.
The depth of love entirely bottomless.
Limitless,
Eternal.
Breathing with presence to the heart.
As we acknowledge the wisdom of heart,
Allowing it to imbue all sense of being.

Feeling the sounds of the breath.
Allowing the voice to open.
A hum,
A buzz,
An ah.
Releasing on the breath in the body.
A sense of zipping up through the body.
The hum,

Solar,
Plexus,
Heart,
Throat.
Your voice,
Your word.
The third eye enlivening now,
Illuminating now.
Your higher vision,
The bird's eye view.
Opening colourfully,
Gleefully.
And effortlessly connecting into the crown,
Bringing the energy body into the breath.
A zipping up through the chakras.
Root,
Sacral,
Solar,
Plexus,
Heart,
Throat.
Third eye,
Crown,
Breathing into the whole of the body now.
Connecting out from here to the extremities,
The hands,
The feet,
The fingertips,
The toes,
The skin of the scalp.
Connecting with the whole body through the extremities.
Allowing the auric field,
The etheric field,
The higher energy fields,
Them of the pupils.

The higher energy fields to become present vibrationally in your awareness to the degree that feels comfortable and perfect for you.
Allowing intuitive movements of the hands,
The arms,
The head to arise naturally if they do.
Holding.
Connecting in with the body on your own intuition following the wisdom of your own energy field,
A touch,
A brush,
A movement,
A sound.
Landing in the energy body and in the physical body.
The physical body is the energy body.
The energy body is the physical body.
A wholesomeness.
A completeness.
A harmony.
The unity.
The connection.
Yes.
Awakening into the body on the breath.
