Thank you for joining me today for this guided practice for cultivating motivation.
Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by bringing your awareness to the breath.
Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.
Allow the gaze to soften and if suitable for your surroundings,
The eyes to close.
As you breathe with presence,
Bask in the breath.
Allow the breath to reach through you and into the body,
Wherever it needs to go.
Open into the spaces.
Breathe.
Allow yourself to feel any underlying unease that sits beneath your experience of sluggishness,
Of tiredness or low motivation.
Connecting with the heart,
Opening in expansive love of this part of yourself that is calling for your compassionate presence.
Extend the breath with kindness and love and compassion into the distant reaches of yourself.
Witnessing and allowing your experience to be just as it is.
As you tend to yourself with the breath of mindful presence,
Remind yourself who you are.
Remind yourself what is important to you.
And remind yourself that your unique voice is welcome,
Is called for and is much needed at this time.

Allow the heart to show you your loved ones within your circle of care.
And looking out beyond your own experience,
See how they need you as much as you need them.
Look out into the world too and notice how it also needs you.
Remember,
You are here for a reason and whether you are fully aware of that reason or not,
You have chosen to be present at this time.
You have chosen to be present at this time and you are present at this time.
And so you arrive in presence,
In the present moment,
The fulcrum of reality.
Brimming with creativity,
Brimming with potential.
Allow the breath to remind you of your courage,
To remind you that your success rate for getting through tough moments is 100% so far.
You are more courageous and well equipped than you imagine.
Breathe,
Remember,
Remember.
And now as you open into the silence,
Breathe in the knowledge of what your focus should be today.
Gently open into this knowing,
Allowing it to come forward as images,
Feelings,
Words or patterns.
Watch for what comes.
Listen.
Breathe.
As you settle into the next vibration of knowing,
Set an intention for how you will choose to move forward from here.
Practice today.
See yourself completing the action that you have set for yourself.
Feel now the fulfillment that comes from living forward your most aligned intentions.
Allow the frequency of intention,
Of abundance,
Of prosperity,
Of action and courage to meet you in this moment.
Taking just a few more breaths here together.
