Hello my friend and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Miles and I appreciate you for joining me here today.
Thank you for taking the time to appreciate,
Heal,
And nourish yourself with this practice so you will then be empowered to help our world around you.
Let's start with a big breath into the belly through the nose and allow anything to be released that is weighing you down.
You are free to relax.
You are safe.
Allow your body to gently shift and melt into whatever position feels comfortable to you.
This is your practice.
This is your time.
There is nowhere you need to go.
There is nothing you need to do.
There's no one you have to be other than you right now,
Right here.
Gently allow the eyes to close and let's tune into our internal energy field and the sensations coming from our body.
Where do you feel the sensations the most?
Maybe the feeling of the seat underneath you or touching your back.
The feeling of the clothes rubbing up against your skin as you breathe in and breathe out,
Releasing any force,
Strain,
Or need to do or to be.
Instead,
Just allow.
Slowly begin to deepen the breath to whatever feels most comfortable,
Enjoyable,
And relaxing to you.
With each breath into the belly,
New energy,
New light,
And with each release,
Letting go of something that's not benefiting you.
With the next gentle breath in,
Imagine a golden light coming in the top of your head,
Into the belly,
And then with the exhale,
Allow that light to be released out of the base of your spine.
The next inhale,
More energy and light coming in the crown of your head and then releasing out of the base of your spine.
In,
New energy.
Out,
What you no longer need.
Deepening the breath into the belly,
Then the chest.
Pause,
Allow that light to be absorbed into the body and then allow it to flush out the base of your spine.
In,
Now filling the body with energy and light,
And out,
Releasing used energy,
Stagnant energy.
Allow the breath to return to normal and tune back in to the energy within you and around you.
Any sensations of the body.
How do you know that you have a body?
How do you know that you have a nose?
Is there any tightness or tingling or sensations coming from the nose?
Maybe the nostrils as you gently breathe in and out,
Contracting and flaring.
Any sensations coming from the cheeks,
The lips,
The chin,
The jaw,
The ears,
Your eyes.
As we bring attention and awareness to the different parts of our body,
We bring healing light and energy.
Do you feel any sensations coming from the top of your head,
The scalp?
Perhaps any lightness,
Any tingling,
Any tightness.
Any sensations coming from the neck,
The shoulders,
Down the arms,
The fingers,
The thumbs,
Pointer,
Middle,
Ring,
And pinky.
Sensations coming from the belly and the hips,
From the upper leg or the shins,
Down to the feet and the toes.
Now allow for an open awareness of all sensations coming from the body.
Again,
Let's begin to deepen the breath,
Exhaling fully.
Flare the nostrils into the belly,
Then the chest.
Pause at the top and slowly release out the mouth.
Pause at the bottom.
In and out.
In and out.
Last one,
In as deep as you can.
A little bit more,
A little bit more.
Squeeze.
Open mouth,
Exhale.
Allow the mind and the body to fully rest,
Recover,
And rejuvenate.
Every single one of your cells are healing now,
Filling with energy,
Light,
Vibration.
By the second,
You're getting stronger,
Healthier,
More vibrant.
Feel free to stay in this state for as long as you'd like.
