Hello my friend and welcome to the meditation.
Thank you for joining me here today.
I'm honored that you're taking the time to sit with me.
Let's start by either taking a seat or lying down,
A recliner,
Your favorite chair.
It could even be in your car as it's parked.
And just find whatever position is most comfortable for you.
This is your practice.
If it feels good to straighten the spine and gently tuck the chin,
Then do so.
If it feels better to slouch,
To fully relax,
That works too.
Allow the eyes to gently close,
The hands to find a comfortable position on the quads,
Palm down.
And let's start by taking a big deep breath in through the nose to the belly,
Pausing at the top,
And then releasing and letting go of anything we don't need.
Again,
Deep breath in through the nose to the stomach,
Absorbing that new energy,
That new light,
And releasing.
What's no longer benefiting us.
Last one,
Into the nose to the belly.
A little bit more.
Squeeze from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Relax the shoulders,
Relax the arms,
And release.
All the way out.
Allow the breath to return to normal.
Gently coming in and coming out through the nose.
Allow your jaw to relax,
Your tongue to come off the roof of your mouth.
Allow your cheeks to relax,
Your forehead,
Your ears,
Your scalp,
Your neck to release,
Your shoulders to release.
Remove all effort and tightness from the body and allow a wave of relaxation to flow over you,
Into every cell of the body.
We allow a gentle release and we give up the need to be trying and to be doing.
For just this moment,
We allow ourselves to be exactly as we are exactly as we are in all of our beauty,
Strength,
Power.
You are already good enough.
You are a miracle.
You are honored,
Cherished,
And appreciated more than you could ever imagine.
Sit in that position that you are,
As if you are royalty,
And find that radiance within you.
And as we allow,
Relax,
And release,
We tap into that inner power,
Beauty,
Strength,
That regalness that we all have within us.
Maybe our chin slightly raises,
Our chest slightly comes out.
And if it feels good,
A gentle smile comes across your face.
Even though there are many challenges and difficulties in day-to-day life and in the world,
Today,
Right here and now,
We have found peace and inner strength.
And we tap into that well of it that is within each of us.
And we allow it to flow through us and out of us freely,
So that we may bring peace and love and love everywhere that we go throughout our day.
Let's take a big deep breath in through the nose,
A little bit more,
And absorb that energy,
That beauty,
That peace,
That strength coming up from within you.
And then gently release all the way out.
Flare the nostrils,
Breathe deeply into the belly,
Then the chest.
Pause at the top,
And then slowly,
Like letting air out of a balloon,
Release.
Flare the nose into the belly,
Then the chest.
A little bit more.
Squeeze up from the base of the spine to the top of the head,
And then like letting air out of a balloon,
Release.
Anything that's not serving you,
Anything that's weighing you down,
Anything that's bothering you,
Relax,
Allow it to go.
Drop it off of your shoulders and your back.
You no longer need to carry it.
Last big deep breath in through the nose,
To the stomach,
Then the chest.
And a nice audible exhale.
Allow the breath to return to normal.
Now sit up nice and straight.
There's nothing weighing you down.
You are powerful.
You are beautiful.
You are strong.
You are unique.
You are necessary.
You are needed here.
That inner light within you is the only one of its kind that exists.
So feed it,
Honor it,
Cherish it,
Tune into it,
And then share it with the world around you.
Shed light on all things around you.
Take a quick scan of your body from your head to your toes.
What does it feel like to be in your body right now?
Can you feel energy pulsating through you?
Do you feel any tingling or tightness or sensations?
If so,
Where are they?
Is there somewhere in your body that you can bring energy to?
By bringing your awareness there,
Consciously visualizing release and healing.
With each natural breath in,
You bring new energy in through the top of your head,
Directly to that spot.
With each natural breath out,
You clear that energy away.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
And in the skin of the body,
You are healing yourself.
Let's bring our attention to the brain.
New energy and light and healing,
Releasing the brain to the heart,
In with the new,
Out with the old,
To the lungs,
New life,
To the liver,
To the kidneys,
To the stomach,
To the intestines,
To the appendix,
The gallbladder,
To the pancreas,
To the skin.
And continue on just like that for another minute,
Breathing in to different parts of your body.
You are your own healer.
You are your own guru.
You have the power within you to heal and help yourself.
