Hello my friend,
And welcome to the meditation.
Let's find whatever position is most comfortable for you.
It can be seated,
Lying down,
Or even standing.
This is your practice.
Allow your body to settle and relax.
There's nowhere to go.
There's nothing to do.
Give yourself permission to be right here.
Full resting,
Re-energizing,
And rejuvenating.
By the end of this practice,
We'll leave you empowered to help all of those that mean the most to you in your life.
If a thought comes into your mind,
Simply allow it to come into view in the big sky of your conscious,
And just like a cloud,
Allow it to float by.
There's no need to identify with the thoughts or emotions that come up during this practice.
The success is in simply sitting and being still.
Any emotions that arise,
Just become aware of them.
No need to put a name to them,
But just view them as they come,
And then watch as they gently fade away.
Continue to be the observer of the mind,
Of the heart,
Of the body.
No need to react or respond,
But simply be present and aware.
Gratitude for just being here and allowing yourself this time to relax and rejuvenate.
Aware of any sensations coming up from the body,
Any tingling or tightness.
Awareness of your energy field within you and around you.
What are you feeling now?
What is your human experience at this moment?
Without judgment or critique,
Naming or placing.
Just what is?
At this moment,
Can you think of three things that you're grateful for?
Can you find three more things that you're grateful for?
And yet again,
Three more things that you're grateful for.
Can we bring gratefulness to the body,
To the organs,
The skin,
The liver,
The stomach,
The lungs,
The appendix,
Kidneys,
To the fingers and the toes,
The brain,
Throat,
To the heart,
To the lungs,
To the lungs,
To the heart?
Can we take a moment of gratefulness for the self?
Gratefulness for just being you and having this opportunity to be here.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing to do.
Just right here,
Happy and content.
Feeling of accomplishment for being where you are now and doing all you've already done.
You are the hero of this story.
You have accomplished greatness and there's greatness in front of you.
But you are all you need to be right here and now.
Maybe letting a gentle smile come across your face,
Slightly raise your chin,
And the feeling of congratulations and a celebration.
You are doing great.
You are incredible just as you are.
You deserve celebration,
Love,
And affection.
And you are supported by all of the universe,
Allowing these feelings to gently wash over you,
Allowing every cell to absorb the frequency of celebration,
Congratulations,
Contentment,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Straightening the spine,
Taking in all the magnificence of life.
Take a big,
Deep breath in through the nose to the belly,
Then the chest.
Absorb what will benefit you.
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Release what is no longer serving you.
All the way out.
Big deep breath in through the nose to the belly,
Then the chest.
Relax and absorb and release.
All the way out.
Last big deep breath in through the nose to the belly,
Then the chest.
A little bit more.
Hold.
Pull the belly in and slowly release.
Allow the breath to return to normal.
Allow every muscle,
Every organ,
Every cell,
Mitochondria,
Proton,
Neutron,
And electron in your body to relax,
To replenish,
To recover,
To rejuvenate.
You may stay in this healing state for as long as it feels good to you.
