Welcome to the meditation.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and let your eyes gently close.
Silently set the intention to de-stress,
Re-energize and rejuvenate with this meditation.
And then let's notice the breath as it comes in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Cleansing your body of anything that's no longer serving you.
With each breath in,
You gain energy,
Happiness,
Joy.
With each breath out,
You feel a little bit lighter,
Happier,
Stronger.
Breath in,
Energize,
Rejuvenate.
Breath out,
De-stress.
Let's deepen our breath now.
Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And again in through the nose and out through the mouth.
One more just like that.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
And now we're going to go extra deep into the nose and we're going to pause at the top.
Ready?
In through the nose,
Pause.
Out through the mouth and pause.
In through the nose,
Pause.
Out through the mouth,
Pause.
And continue just like that.
At your own pace,
Feeling as though each time you inhale,
You feel lighter,
You feel stronger,
You feel happier.
And each time you exhale,
A little weight is lifted off of your shoulders.
Anything that's no longer serving you is being exhaled out of the mouth while the inhale is bringing in positive energy.
You are strong.
You are capable.
You are safe.
You are strong.
You are capable.
You are safe.
Let's go three more deep breaths to end the meditation.
Exhale all the air you have in your lungs.
In through the nose,
As deep as you can.
And exhale through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And exhale.
And one last one.
In through the nose.
And full exhale.
May you live up to your full potential.
May you experience your life's purpose.
May you be happy.
May all beings be happy.
