Finding a comfortable seated position and gently closing the eyes and beginning to tune into the breath as it flows in and flows out naturally and beginning to notice any changes in the body as you breathe maybe movement in the nostrils the rising and falling of the chest or stomach tingling or tightness in the body beginning to notice any sensations on your skin hair your butt as it contacts the chair your feet on the ground and now we'll scan from the top of the head going down to the toes are there any sensations the very top of your head maybe a lightness or tingling moving down to the face any sensations in the face how do you know that you have a nose right now eyes lips down to the neck and shoulders just the feeling of having clothing on so it rubs against your skin moving down to the abdominal area and hips the quads and upper legs the lower legs and knees and finally the feet and then all at once concentrate on any sensations throughout your entire body lightness pressure just being aware that you have a body as you sit here quietly what sensations are rising within you what are the sensations coming from your body from your toes to your fingertips to the top of your head and then tune back into the breath breathe energy and light and when with three deep breaths exhale fully deep inhale through the nose pause at the top and exhale through the mouth pause at the bottom into the nose pause exhale through the mouth pause last one deep inhale through the nose and hold and release you

Best short body scan I’ve ever done. Feel great. I’d love to hear a version of this that is about 20 minutes long. The music is wonderful. Totally engrossing.

I like the intro and outro sounds and the background music was very clear and enjoyable the instructor talks clearly and at a good pace
