Hello,
Welcome to this quick reset meditation.
Find a comfortable position and let's try to get our spine as straight as we can.
As if a string is attached to the top of our head,
Pulling us up a little bit higher.
And then slightly tuck your chin.
Let's begin by through the mouth,
Exhaling all of the air out of the lungs.
And then a deep inhale into the belly and then the chest.
Pause at the top,
Open mouth,
Exhale.
All the way out,
Empty the lungs,
Pull the stomach in towards the spine.
And again,
Flare the nostrils into the belly,
Then the chest.
Squeeze,
Pull in on the belly and release out the mouth.
Flare the nostrils,
Exhale.
Ah,
Flare the nostrils into the belly and the chest a little bit more.
Squeeze all the way up the spine to the third eye.
Bring your concentration just between the eyebrows.
Open mouth,
Exhale.
Push all the air out,
Pause at the bottom.
Flare the nostrils,
Big inhale to the belly,
Then the chest.
A little bit more,
A little bit more.
Squeeze all the way up.
Open the mouth and release anything that's no longer serving you.
Ah,
All the way out,
Get it all the way out.
Push,
Push,
Push,
Push.
Empty,
Empty,
Empty.
Pause,
Flare the nostrils into the belly,
Then the chest.
A little bit more,
A little bit more.
Straighten the spine,
Relax the face,
Relax your jaw,
Relax the tongue off the roof of your mouth.
Relax your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Legs,
Relax.
Open your mouth,
Stick your tongue out.
Ah,
All the way out,
Pause.
Flare the nostrils,
Deep,
Big inhale.
A little bit more.
Squeeze from the base of your spine to the top of your head,
Then relax the entire body.
Relax your body,
Every muscle,
Every cell,
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
And then like releasing air slowly out of a balloon,
All the way out until there's zero left in your lungs.
Then close the mouth and just allow the breath to return to normal in and out through the nose.
Relaxed,
Slow,
Healing breath.
Gently coming in and out of the belly,
Through the nose.
Maybe a gentle smile coming across your face.
And just becoming aware of any changes in the body from this practice.
Is there a lightness or a tingling?
Is the mind a bit quieter?
And then just bringing awareness to your body as a whole.
Gratefulness for your body that carries you around and takes care of you all day.
And giving space right now for your body to heal,
To replenish,
To rejuvenate.
Love to every cell of the body.
Feeling stronger,
Feeling more alive.
Feeling centered.
Go throughout your day with this strength,
With this peace.
Take it with you wherever you go.
You are worthy.
You are powerful.
You are unstoppable.
