Coming into your comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Putting your phone down,
Fixing your eyes on a single spot in the room,
And gently closing your eyes and connecting your breath as it comes in and as it goes out,
Not controlling it or changing it,
Just observing it in order to quiet the mind.
In and out,
Every time the mind wanders,
Coming back to the breath.
Now we will begin our affirmations.

And repeat it in your head until you feel it deep within you to be true.
