Welcome to the meditation my friends.

I'm so grateful that you decided to join me today.

For the betterment of the world,

The community and yourself.

Thank you so much for doing this work.

At the end of this seven minutes you will feel better,

Empowered,

Strong,

Alive,

Vibrant.

So sit back,

Lie down,

Get comfortable.

And let's breathe together.

We're going to start through the mouth.

Let's go in through the mouth and hold at the top.

Release through the mouth.

In.

Hold.

Out.

All the way out.

Hold.

In.

Hold.

Hold.

And out.

Release all the way out.

Release the anxiety,

The fear,

The negativity,

The doubt.

Hold at the bottom.

Feel your inner peace rising.

Your strength,

Your ability,

Your higher self.

Deep breath in through the mouth.

Hold.

Flex,

Tighten.

Feel that air and that energy spreading to every cell of your body.

Invigorating.

Enlivening.

Awakening.

And release all the way out.

Anything that's no longer serving you.

Expelled from your body.

Allow your breath to return to normal.

Feel the vibrance within your body.

Your frequency is raising.

Health,

Energy,

And light are all manifesting within you.

There's no room for negative conditioning or dark energy.

Release it.

Expell it.

It's no longer welcome here.

And relax.

You are a sovereign being.

You and you alone are in control of your mind and your body.

And today,

We choose to awaken your true power.

And the tool we are going to use is the breath.

So we're going to go nasal breathing all through the nose here.

When I say in,

We're in through the nose as deep as you can.

Stomach and chest.

We're going to hold.

And then we'll go out through the nose and hold.

Box breathing,

All nasal box breathing.

Ready?

Breathe in.

Breathe in as deep as you can and hold.

Push that air to the top of your head and take every cell of your body,

That energy,

That light.

And release out your nose.

Feeling relaxed.

Rest it.

Have peace.

Holding at the bottom.

In through the nose.

Hold.

And slowly out through the nose.

Like riding a wave.

Pause at the bottom.

And back in through the nose.

Stomach.

Chest.

Hold.

Feel that light,

That energy coming in through the top of your head.

Filling up your body.

You are cleansed.

You are healed.

You are invigorated.

And release.

And hold.

One last one.

In through the nose as deep as you can go.

And hold.

Flex,

Tighten.

Feel your power force that light,

That energy into every square centimeter of your body.

Shake up the stagnant energy.

Bring the light to every corner of your body,

Every cell.

And release.

Allow your breath to return to normal.

Feel every cell of your body vibrating.

You are awake.

You are alive.

You are cherished.

You are appreciated.

You are strong.

Now go change the world.
