Welcome to this meditation to awaken your intuition.
We all have an innate compass installed within us to help us navigate life,
We just need to listen.
The more you practice connecting to your intuition,
The stronger it becomes,
And the easier it is to hear.
So get comfortable,
Sit or lie down,
Just be sure that you feel supported.
Take a nice deep breath in and feel the air traveling up through your nose and down into your belly and chest.
Exhale and let it go,
Noticing how soothing the outbreath is,
Body instantly relax,
Breathe in fully expand,
Exhale,
Letting relaxation sweep over you,
Feel yourself relax,
Notice how at peace you feel.
This is your time for yourself,
By spending this short time focusing on developing your intuition,
You're investing in yourself and your future.
Now let's start to notice the nature of the mind,
Tasks that you need to do,
Or the day ahead,
Or something that happened to you in your past.
These everyday thoughts play loudly in our conscious awareness,
And this clouds our ability to hear our intuition when it wants to communicate with us.
Imagine these thoughts are just passing by like the seeds out of the window,
Simply coming and simply notice,
Just observe and watch them come,
Your thoughts are quieting now,
They're in the distance.
Imagine you're in an ancient forest that holds the wisdom of the world within its core.
