Welcome to this guided meditation practice.

Go ahead and get comfortable in a nice seated position.

Maintain a relaxed and upright posture.

Gently rest your hands in your lap and close your eyes.

Now shift your gentle attention to your breath.

Feel the breath come in through the nose.

Notice the cool temperature of the air as it travels down into your lungs and expands into the belly.

And feel the breath come out through the mouth.

Noticing the warmth,

The temperature of the out-breath,

And begin to deepen your breath.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel the tender movements in your body as you continue to breathe.

Feel the physical sensations connected to the breath as you breathe slowly in and out.

Your body rising and contracting.

Try to tune into the smallest details of breathing.

Where do you feel your breath most vividly?

Is it in the belly or in the chest,

The throat or the nose?

Just observe.

Notice if focusing your attention on your breath makes you feel more peaceful and relaxed.

Just rest your conscious,

Gentle attention on the breath as you breathe deeply and slowly.

And now allow the breath to come back to its natural soothing rhythm.

Just like a breeze blowing through the trees.

It's a very natural movement that never seems to stop.

Breathing in and out easily and effortlessly.

Release the need to control the breath in any way.

Just witness how your breath is.

A constant balance between the chakras promotes health and a sense of well-being.

If the chakras are unbalanced or if the energies are blocked,

The basic life force will be slowed down.

You may experience fatigue,

Depression,

Stress and tension in your body.

Now shift your attention to your head,

Where your crown lotus is located.

Our crown lotus is the seat of our soul.

It helps us to achieve wisdom and enlightenment that allows us to explore solutions to problems in a clear-minded way.

Visualize a purple light at the top of your head and see this light transform into a purple flower bud.

And as you inhale,

The petals open and reveal a purple spinning ball of energy.

And with every new petal opening,

The ball spins faster and faster.

Take a deep breath and feel the energy from your crown connecting to the sky above,

To the earth below,

And to everything in between.

You are one with existence.

Rest in this awareness for a moment,

Feeling peaceful and clear.

Now shift your awareness to the space above your eyebrows,

Where your third eye is located.

This chakra of intuition and insight.

Visualize a deep indigo light.

Transform this light into an indigo flower bud.

And as you continue to breathe,

The flower blooms and reveals a spinning ball of indigo energy inside.

Feel it opening and beginning to spin with deep indigo light,

Bringing clarity,

Insight,

Understanding,

And heightening your intuition.

Gently shift your awareness to your throat,

Where your throat chakra is located.

This is the chakra of self-expression and your personal truth.

Visualize a bright blue light slowly transforming into a flower bud.

This flower bud represents your authentic truth and the magic you have to share with the world.

And as the petals open,

You see inside a ball of swirling blue energy.

Breathe into this energy center.

As the energy spins,

It begins to open up your sensitivity,

Your expression,

Your awareness,

And your understanding.

Coat your throat with this blissful bright blue light surrounding your neck.

Allow this practice to help you make a positive contribution to the world in a way that is unique and authentic to you.

Shift your gentle attention to your heart center,

Where your heart chakra is located.

The chakra of love,

Compassion,

And empathy.

The heart chakra regulates aspects of generosity,

Acceptance,

Forgiveness,

And openness.

And as you rest your awareness on your heart,

Begin to imagine a bright green light.

As the light turns into a flower bud,

The petals open,

And you see inside a ball of swirling energy.

And as you inhale,

The energy spins more and more,

Opening up your ability to feel,

To embrace sensitivity,

To love,

And to be more understanding.

See and feel love,

Beauty,

And goodness radiating from your heart center.

By healing and restoring your heart chakra,

You are strengthening the shield that protects your heart from the challenges of life.

Allow this green light to help you feel safe,

To love,

And to be loved.

As you rest your attention on your solar plexus,

Visualize a bright yellow light here.

And as it touches your solar plexus chakra,

It turns into a yellow flower bud.

And as you inhale,

The flower opens,

And in the center you find a spinning ball of yellow energy.

This is the center of your power.

And as the flower blossoms,

It opens your strength and your determination.

Visualize the spinning yellow light restoring your solar plexus chakra.

Visualize the color yellow bathing your chakra like bright sunshine,

Replenishing and nurturing it,

Just like the sun nourishes all life on earth.

Shift your attention to your navel,

Where your sacral chakra is located.

This is the seat of your creative impulse,

Emotional intelligence,

And pleasure.

So visualize a bright orange light,

Begin to turn it into the bud of a flower.

And as you inhale,

The flower reveals a ball of orange spinning energy in its center.

And as this chakra opens,

Visualize the orange light expand like ripples on the surface of a lake,

See it flowing and moving freely like water.

Imagine any stagnant energy in the body being washed over by this orange light,

Cleansing and nourishing your body with positive and creative feelings.

Now shift your attention to your spine,

Where your root chakra is located,

The chakra of support and belonging.

There is a red light here.

And as it does,

Imagine this light illuminating the floor of your pelvis.

The light may radiate down your legs and into your feet.

And see this light begin to transform into the roots of a tree.

And as the roots grow,

Your root chakra opens to become a ball of swirling red energy.

This chakra opens to reveal your accountability,

Your ability to ground,

To recenter,

And to remain connected to the earth.

Visualize these roots traveling down to the earth.

And as they do,

They draw energy up into your body.

With every breath,

Imagine fortifying the physical foundation of your body,

Sending your roots deep and wide,

Feeling centered and grounded to the earth.

With every inhale,

Continue to draw energy up your roots and into the space just in front of your tailbone that is glowing red.

And with every exhale,

Send energy back down and wide into the earth beneath you.

As this practice comes to an end,

Begin to slowly come back to your body and your surroundings.

Gently stretch your body in a way that feels comfortable for you.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Continue your day feeling balanced,

Loved,

And filled with joy.

As you rest in this peaceful awareness,

See all the seven colors,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow.

Feel the support,

Nourishment,

Strength,

Love,

Trust,

Insight,

And the connectedness of all these energy centers and begin to slowly bring back your focus to your breath.

Back to this moment of total calm,

Feeling refreshed and nourished.

Stay here for as long as you wish,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
