Simply become aware of your breathing.
The sensation of air entering your nostrils,
The gentle rise and fall of your chest or stomach,
And the soothing rhythm it creates.
As you focus on your breathing,
Imagine each inhalation bringing in peace and relaxation,
And each exhalation releasing any tension or stress.
With every cycle of breath you can feel yourself becoming more centered and more grounded.
Now visualize a gentle wave of calm starting at the very top of your head.
This wave slowly begins to descend,

With your body feeling light,

Take a moment to revel in this calmness,
Knowing that you're taking a positive step towards self love.

Visualize yourself in a calm and soothing place.
Perhaps it's a serene meadow,
Bathed in the soft light of dawn.
Maybe it's a tranquil beach with waves gently kissing the shore.
Or even a mountaintop with views stretching into the horizon.
