Welcome to the manifesting your vision meditation.

We have many wonderful visions in life,

Many wonderful aims,

Goals and the vision pulls us towards itself,

The energy,

The intention.

And then there is our moment to moment now,

Our real life in the moment.

This meditation is designed to help you align your current life right now with your highest aims and visions so that each day,

Each moment you are directly,

Powerfully,

Consciously becoming who you want to be and taking the steps,

Taking the actions that will create your sacred golden future.

So to begin,

Just hold in mind,

Hold in your mind and in your heart,

The end result,

The ultimate vision,

Your highest aim.

What is it that you wish to experience one year from now?

Allow yourself to feel,

To see,

To hear,

To really experience on all levels as if you are stepping into the future right now and you have already attained everything that your heart desires.

It might be a clear vision,

Might be a feeling,

Just tune into that,

That which you'd love to experience.

This is your higher self,

Your higher calling,

Pulling you from the future where you've already attained everything you want.

Imagine going up above your body,

Above time.

Imagine time is like a line and you float up above the now into the future.

So there's the past on one side,

The future on the other side of this time of line,

This line of your life.

And you're in the future looking back on the past from above.

And now come into your body in the future,

Your future self.

And you enter your body and you look around and you notice what is different,

What has changed in this future reality which is the now.

What feels different,

What smells different,

What looks different,

What sounds different.

And now allow yourself to leave your body in this future reality and go up above,

Above your timeline and look back into the past,

Into the now,

This current now.

And notice what happened along the way.

How did you get to this new future?

What things occurred?

If you go back from the future,

Back in time to the present,

Just tune into any insights,

Any awareness of what things were different,

What happened,

What are the major events or big changes.

You might get a feeling,

You might get an image,

A sound,

A sensation.

Just imagine flying backwards along this timeline.

And as you gently move back to the present,

Just collecting,

Absorbing the different things that happened that allowed the transformation to happen.

Notice if there's any themes or any,

Any shifts that are different from how you've been living.

To get different results,

We need to do different things,

Have different attitude,

Awareness,

Thoughts.

So as you fly back,

What is different?

Just tune into it in your being.

What are the skills,

The capabilities or the support,

The actions,

The knowledge,

The practices?

What is it that needs to happen for you to become this higher version of yourself?

And if you want,

Make a mental note or even a physical note of any awarenesses that come into your consciousness.

The future is pulling you into itself.

And on some level,

You already know what's going to happen,

What has happened.

So just allow those clues,

Those secrets,

Those puzzle pieces to reveal themselves and bring all of that back into your being,

Into your heart,

Into your body,

Into your mind.

So that you're pulling that future self,

Those skills,

Those capacities,

Those awarenesses into yourself right now,

Like downloading a higher version of you,

Pulling it in,

Feeling it in your cells,

In your body,

In your being.

And whenever you want,

You can come back to this meditation,

This practice where you leave the now,

Float into the future along the timeline,

Re-experience your future self and then come back and bring with you all of the insights and awareness and secrets from the future into your present.

And the more you do this,

The more you'll feel that transformation in your being and you will experience that future higher self in your being right now.

You are already your higher self.

And you're just taking the next step that is written in your soul.

So nice big smile,

Give yourself special blessings,

Good vibrations,

Send blessings to your future,

To the path ahead,

To the light ahead,

To all the support ahead,

To all the transformation ahead of you,

Giving thanks and feeling with certainty,

With certainty that it is done,

It is done,

It is already done.

It is done.

The most comforting aspect of this meditation is the speaker’s chuckles! It’s endearing. But, and/also: the transformative thing about this meditation—what sets it apart—is the “bridging” between the meditator’s current self versus thier higher self (in the future). This meditation is highly integrated. Doing this regularly will help the mediator pick up on synchronicities quicker…because they’ll have had a vision of it prior!
