This meditation is going to offer you an easy path to peaceful sleep where you'll feel rested and relaxed and recharged so when you wake up you're ready to move forward knowing you experienced the peaceful and deep sleep that you need and deserve.
So let's begin by getting comfortable in your sleeping space wherever you feel guided to sleep at this moment and make sure you feel comfortable whether you're wearing clothing or pajamas or nothing whatever works for you.
Being mindful of the temperature in your space and slip into your bed or wherever you're laying and gently close your eyes as we begin by focusing our breath and using it as a guide to lead us into a restful place deep within us.
So take a nice deep breath in and out and in and out and in and out.
With each breath you become more relaxed.
Your breathing begins to slow with each inhale and exhale and as you continue to breathe and as you slow down feel your space,
The bed supporting you feeling so comfortable,
So relaxed,
The blanket over you,
The pillow that feels just right.
You are supported and ready to begin this journey into your deep slumber state and as you breathe you may feel that you're laying on a path,
A beautiful triangle path that leads you into a paradise,
A paradise of nothingness.
So calm,
The atmosphere is clear,
All yours.
You are alone in the space so you can be at peace and the path leads you into a deeper space where you'll find your rest and be able to sleep so,
So peacefully.
And as your breathing becomes slower and deeper,
Feel yourself on this path,
Floating,
The air is supporting you,
Calm and stable.
You begin to float in the direction of deeper sleep.
And as you float along the path you feel how clear it is,
So free,
Nothing in your way.
As you are led in this direction of peaceful sleep and pure relaxation,
Drifting and drifting,
So easy and so free,
This path is sacred,
Is sacred because it's so clear and it offers you a journey,
A journey into the great abyss and the nothingness of deep sleep.
And each inhale and exhale guides you deeper and further on this journey of peaceful sleep as your entire body surrenders and follows so calm and so serene.
You are led,
Led into the depths and along the way as you let go and release as you slip deeper and deeper into this place and into this space of peaceful and sacred unconsciousness.
As you drift and as you float,
Feeling nothing but calm.
The peacefulness of this path,
It's so easy as you slip gently deeper,
Feeling more rest and more calm,
All your own as you are enveloped in your sacred and calm,
Peaceful and tranquil resting space.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Inhaling peace and exhaling peace.
As your body feels slower and slower,
As you drift and drift along this easy path to peaceful sleep,
Everything melts away as you go further and further.
You are safe and supported along your path,
Peaceful and conscious,
All your own as you expand and float along this beautiful,
Peaceful and tranquil path.
Inhaling and exhaling,
Rested and relaxed deeper and deeper as you slow down more and more,
Becoming one with the sleep and the peace that guides you.
Such gentleness and such tranquility,
Continuing to drift into the deep abyss of peace,
Relaxed and calm,
Sleeping and peaceful.
You are deeply asleep.
