Whatever feels right for you.
Close your eyes.
Let's take a nice big deep breath in and out.

And as you continue to breathe,
Feeling calm and more relaxed,
Tune into how you feel in this moment right now.
And if there are feelings of feeling blocked or held back in any way,
Just notice that as you continue to breathe,
Feeling whatever is in front of you and keeping you from your best self.
As you inhale and exhale,
You breathe in new energy that shifts you and transforms you.
For there's a beautiful and peaceful energy that surrounds you and is available to you with each breath to take in and to clear those blocks within your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
And with an awareness of this clearing energy that's within the air and available to you,
Breathe it in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
